I ordered a pair of pants. After a month, the tracking number says it was shipped to an address that isn't mine, even though I entered the information correctly. They stole 40 euros, and two days later, they still haven't responded to my email asking for my money back. I won't buy anything from them again. They're thieves.
I have 2 pair of trousers from you in size M. They fit prefectly. Last buy of same size M was totally too small. Now I have to pay for return which cost more than a pair trousers.
Have received two shirts. One as expected, the other one differentiates substantially from the picture on the website. Tried to contact them to return - but unfortunately no answer.
Update - after several emails still no reaction. I return the products at my cost.
Update - got a super fair response and a generous refund. Very friendly and customer-oriented after all.

Unfortunately i received the wrong shirt, thus I am not satisfied at the moment.
Instead of the dark shirt (Dark XL Denim Flower) on the right in the picture, you shipped the bright one on the left.
I already bought the dark shirt some time ago but it was now too small (L) and since I love it so much I ordered it from your online shop in size XL, but received the other shirt in XL which doesn't fit me so well.
I wanted to send it back but could not find the return form on the package. I would really like to turn in the white shirt from the picture (XL) for the dark shirt on the picture to size XL.
Can you please send me the return form via mail? And can you please send me the dark shirt in XL?
I just ordered the Oslo Destroy short jeans from Zalando online shop and love your products.
Now I would love to get the right shirt for the upcoming summer - hope you can make that possible!
