So maybe as a company Redex is ok although I've not needed to contact them as majority of their products are sold at the local shops but I will say that I've used both their petrol and diesel injector cleaner on multiple cars over several years and it does absolutely nothing.

I ordered 10l on line and picked it up from Tool Station without any hassle. On returning home I tried to unscrew the cap, o chance, it is recessed so quite hard to grip and on so tight I had to use grips on it to remove it. It comes with a well fitting nozzle and easy to pour into my Ford. Can someone please get the settings checked on the capping machine as it is a real struggle to get off as on to tight, I’m no weakling but it is ridiculously tight. I’ve used other Redex products and find them excellent but, please ease off the torque setting on the capping process.

Since last 3days the delivery man named MD Robin has been misleading me.
He excused on Saturday for Shomabesh
On Sunday he lied to the authority that he wasn't getting the location. He didn't even call me
On Monday morning he did his worst
He called me at 9.30 in the morning
Told me within 1.30he is gonna deliver
At 5in the afternoon I called him. He said he's gonna deliver within evening
At 7 I called he said he is gonna deliver today for sure

And no response at all till now
I complained bout him yesterday but he repeated same today

Mercedes SL350 failed MOT on high emissions readings, I used the pre MOT treatment and passed the MOT with ease. I did create enough black smoke as my engine cleaned itself however to be seen by satellite.

Amazing product…

I bought a 10L bottle of Redex AdBlue from ASDA and placed it behind the drivers seat so it could not move.
When I got home the can had leaked all over my floor mats and carpet so the cap or the inner seal was not doing its job.
I had not realised what a mess this makes as it soon crystallised. I went back to ASDA and told them and to be fair they were great and they replaced the 10L with two 5L bottles and offered to get my car cleaned. I said I would clean it up without knowing how difficult it is to clean.
They put the two 5L bottles in plastic bags which was lucky as when I got home one of the bottles was leaking and the seal under the cap was not in place.
I have now washed my mats 4 times and still when it dries it shows the white crystals.
As for the product it is most likely OK but the manufacturer can't have any quality control so please be aware when transporting this stuff.
I hope at some point I won't see the white crystals, what a pain this is.

Avoid Redex Adblue. I have used their 4L size twice now. On both occasions the squeeze in and turn top was impossible to open with your hands, and I wasted 15 minutes on each occasion having to struggle to force open the bottles with tools.
