I have ordered from RedKap (RK) before (nice clothing, returning customer).
On 3/20/26, I ordered 3 pairs of pants @ approx $30 each.
Within that same week, on 3/24/26, at 1 a.m., I rec’d an email from RK informing me about upcoming delivery was set. On that SAME date (3/24/26, 8 a.m., 7 hrs later), I was notified by email from RK about a 25% off sale, starting on that same date, which included the identical pants I ordered. I immediately used their online contact system to request a refund or discount from the ruse of the excess payment of approx $7/each pair, or approx. $22 total). I added that it was possibly a mistake on their part but pretty disingenuous if not. And, I would refuse delivery otherwise to return same to RK.
On 3/28/28, their pkg was dropped off (I could not refuse delivery), so I accessed their website chat, and informed RK how displeased I was, and that I would not open the pkg (tantamount to accepting their pkg?). I asked instead for a return refund label (free returns over $55). Absolutely NO customer service person entered the chat.
Since 3/30/26 and today 4/1/26, I have not received any email, call, nor notice from RK (redkap.com) about even a refund label.
I have notified my bank, coworkers who wanted uniforms, and family/friends about the B/S, and to avoid this company. A shame really, b/c they have good clothing (why I recommended them), but their marketing and customer service is non-existent.
So one orders something but they pull the rug out from a buyer by creating a sale of the same items WITHIN DAYS, but ignore the customer's complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
