Poor quality towels
I have purchased your towels in the past and was very happy with the quality. I was told manufacturing site was changed but the towels were of the same or better quality. For this reason I ordered another set. However, VERY disappointed in the towels I received. They were a far cry from the quality in the past. They were not as fluffy as before, just flat ordinary towels I could get at any dollar store, cheap quality and did not have the absorbancy of your previous towels. I will certainly never buy towels from Redland again. POOR QUALITY!
Really loving the sheets
Really loving the sheets; they are NOT smooth and slick like 50/50 sheets from China, but are thick, sturdy and more like the muslin sheets I remember from childhood. I suspect they will have a long lifetime, unlike other sheets I've bought in the past few years. While expensive, they are a fraction of what other high-end sheets cost.
100% cotton is important to me and organic is a bonus (Yes! cotton wrinkles!) but I would recommend starching and ironing if you want that slippery smooth feel.
Another Greedy Company
They only had one type of sheet. I’ve had it for 6 months now, and it’s still very rough. The quality is good but so rough. I contacted them and they said it gets less rough with each washing, but it hasn’t. Also, I submitted a review of the sheets and was sent a discount code to use. I tried using it and it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company again and the lady told me, “Excluded products will be the towels, blankets, matelasse, and the new product lines.” I’m not sure they sell anything else. 🤨
Another greedy company.
I think they are still great
I was concerned about recent reviews. This set is the 4th order from them. Same great quality. If you are looking for a satiny feel -these are not for you-these are crisp & thick.
LOVE the products... except
I love this company. They make the only sheets I'll use. The quality is amazing. I've even bought pajamas. HOWEVER, the industrial elastic in the pajama pants is waaay too tight. Sometimes I have to take them off during the night because they're so uncomfortable. It's a shame because the outfit is super soft and cozy.

I have bought Red Land sheets over the years. I thought I was doing the right thing to "buy American" until I realized the Red Land Cotton gang was all MAGA. I'll be buying my sheets somewhere else from now on.
Not happy with quality/rough, inconsistent texure
I received the sheet set and followed the instructions exactly as written "wash before first use, no bleach, tumble try low." I noticed right off the bat that he sheets are scratchy and inconsistent in texture but thought that some of that might have been in the manufacturing and would reveal a better feel after washing which only made them feel worse against the skin. These very expensive sheets are not worth the $$ and would recommend just shopping at Kohls or Macy's for better quality. I feel that I should have just sent them back initially instead of following the directions because then I could have received a refund.
A repeat user of boll and branch sheets…
A repeat user of boll and branch sheets i succumbed to the made in America ad by Red Land Cotton. And I failed to check reviews.
These sheets are horrible. I thought a wash would help. No still horrible. Rough and scratchy. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Durability is Questionable
I have made several sheet set purchases to outfit my high-end short term vacation rental. I am experienced with washing and managing cotton and do not use bleach, nor do I have an agitator in the washing machine that I use for bed linens. The sheets are not the most expensive but are expensive nonetheless at almost $300 per set. The sheets have oddly inconsistent "feel" after washing. That is not the worst thing, but I have experienced one or two small holes surfacing in one of my fitted sheets and one flat sheet in the hemstitched cuff along the top of the sheet, rendering them useless to me. The sheets were not that old. I have been purchasing and caring for bed linens for 40 years and never experienced that. I did reach out to the company and received an apology. I later received an email encouraging me to leave a review which I did. I left an honest review but rated only 3 stars. The review posted to their website after verifying my email address but was then later removed. So take with a grain of salt reviews posted to the Red Land website as there is apparently manipulation of the reviews at play.
Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.
Their story is great! Thats as far as it goes.
The sheets and night gown are so stiff after many washes they are unusable.
Their answer to this was: not returnable or exchangeable because we laundered them. (I never asked for either)
Even though they come with instructions for laundering.
They are much better at marketing than servicing.
I so wanted this to be a great / good product.
Pricing was never an issue.
If looking for made in USA, they give Chinese imports a good name.

The worst sheets I’ve ever bought
The worst sheets I’ve ever bought. They’re thick, stiff, uncomfortable and expensive! I wanted to buy American, but this was a total ripoff!
DO NOT PURCHSE THESE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP IN COMFORT!
Do not purchase these sheets if you want to sleep in comfort. These sheets are scratchy and uncomfortable. There is no company guarantee if you are unhappy with the sheets. If you wash them, you cannot return them. Red Land Cotton does not care about customer satisfaction. I have washed them over 7 times with (as instructed by the company, cool water, add vinegar to rinse cycle, dry on low with wool balls remove from dryer before completely dry.) Pillow cases come out very wrinkled. I had to iron them to sleep on them.
Still scratchy, rough and totally uncomfortable. I cannot believe that Red Land Cotton has no guarantee for a customer. Even a mattress has a customer guarantee. If Red Land cotton were proud of their sheets they would allow returns when one are so completely dissatisfied with their product.
Like sleeping on burlap!
I wouldn't let my dog sleep on these sheets! I've washed at least 10 times with, baking soda, vinegar, fabric softener and used wool dryer balls! TERRIBLE! Total waste of money! You can't sleep on these sheets! I tried! $260 down the toilet!
A complete and total rip off
A complete and total rip off! I was gifted The luxe knit long sleeve lounge set that boasted softness and comfort. The color looks faded. It’s scratchy and itchy and not long enough for my average frame. The stitching threads are coming loose in several areas as well. Very poor quality product. There’s a reason it’s nonrefundable and no reason for it to be marked down from $180 to $90. They shouldn’t sell for $19.
3 sets of King sheets!
I purchased 3 sets, at different times, to rotate them on my king size bed. Two fitted sheets were too large, I had to take in darts to make them fit! Called customer support, they could care less. These sets are less than 3 years old, I have holes in pillow cases, top sheets, and bottom sheets, so expensive I have tried to repair (as I sew). The king pillowcases are not uniform, one set has 2 seams, other set has one seam. They are too expensive to toss out or donate to animal shelters! Don't buy, terrible product, terrible customer service.
The fleecing of America
When did Patriotism and buying American become synonymous with being ripped off and fleeced by the HIGH PRICES of American manufacturers?
I’m fine with buying from China.
I really like Red Land Cotton products
I really like Red Land Cotton products. I have the towels and sheets. They are sized correctly and look good. They have worn very well. The shipping is timely and well organzied.
Best sheets on the market…
I have had a lot of very expensive sheets over the years. These are the best sheets I have ever slept on. We actually bought more. Towels are great as well.
I tried
I tried, I really tried to like these sheets, but they are too damn scratchy. Seriously, it is as though no one got the hull bits out. 20+ washings and the sheets are just as scratchy. I believe in buying American, but when it comes to my sleeping, I’ll buy bedding that doesn’t make me feel like these horrible sheets.
I ordered over 40 days ago and still…
I ordered over 40 days ago and still haven’t received item. I contacted them after about 10 days and got a response that they were back logged. Tried contacting them 2 more times with no response. At this point I am just hoping to get my money back. It has to be one of the worst run companies in America. Poor customer service, poor tracking, high prices. I was hoping for better, but here we are.
