Redlemon the online shop has a terrible…

Redlemon the online shop has a terrible customer service. Placed an order, payed and waited ages to receive the confirmation. When i wrote several emails. they kepr relling me that they did not received the money when theur payment system confirm that they did.
After a while, they admitted but then i had to wait for 2 weeks to get my item. It would have been faster and cheaper if i ordered directly from China .
I would never buy from redlemon anymore, their others out there more serious.This is fraud.
Redlemon has to be called out and exposed.
