Don’t buy from this business - no refund policy. I requested to cancel an order hours after it was placed, before it shipped, and after several days was informed all sales are final. Very poor way of doing business. I’m waiting for the product to arrive and will update this review on quality.

Just received and opened the mesh shorts I purchased and disappointed in the quality. I got them discounted but they still feel cheap compared to other shorts I’ve gotten at the same price point. The mesh is only in one layer and doesn’t feel thick at all. There’s already some whitening on some areas where there’s stitching too. I know the website says there’s no returns but if I were able to, I would do it for these shorts. First time buying from Red Letters and I’m super let down from what felt promising. It feels like more effort was put into the packaging than the actual shorts. Don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

Just received my sweater within a week of purchase. Quality, sizing, creativity is all top tier. Sad to see that they won’t be making mlb team sweaters anymore.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a company before: I placed an order on June 12 for a hoodie and a t shirt, and as of August 14, I haven’t heard anything. I’ve contacted the company via email, Instagram and their website chat function. They literally ignore you. Look at their Instagram page… comments are filled with experiences like mine. Save your money.

I can’t speak to the quality of the goods since I’ve never received the stuff I purchased.
