Amazing product. Amazing company to deal with.

Excellent service.product arrived on time. To early to tell if its working yet but ankle definitely feels a bit better. Takes a few months but worth the effort.

This light has changed my life. Firstly, it has really strengthend my eyes. I find myself forgetting to put on my glasses and I never have to squint nowadays. Not to say I don't need my glasses but it's just a lot easier.

The main reason I got the light is because I live in quite a dreary part of the world and during the dark winter months my mood tends to wane. One could call it SAD.

i have now been using the light every morning for 10 minutes and I can without a doubt say this has completely changed how I feel. The days are seriuosly short and the cloud persists, but my mood is positively positive!!

I can't recommend Red Light Rising and Bryan enough. The information provided was top notch. The quality and ease of use of the light helped me get going immediately.

If you are on the fence PLEASE GET ONE!!

Terrible customer service.
I email them twice (just to make sure) straight after I made an order (literally within 2 minutes) to say i put the wrong delivery address and could they change it and confirm this has been done. I heard nothing.
So, called the mobile number on the website, which didn't ring but when straight to message service - left a short polite message asking if someone can call me back. Again, no call back ... all were ignored. My last order arrived from them, opened and the box was damaged. I left a voice message to inform them this happened and no reply - they ignored that too. I can only conclude they don't care about customer feedback and satisfaction which makes me question their products too.
What is so funny, is if you are on their mailing list they bombard you with emails about their products but ignore you if you need help!

It hasn't arrived yet! I ordered on 3rd October and now it's 20th October and the UPS tracking info just says "On the Way" from "Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong 10/14/2024, 5:13 P.M." The website says "UK Shipping:
All orders within mainland UK are shipped using track and trace couriers, ensuring that you can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. The estimated delivery time for orders within mainland UK is 2 - 5 days." Erm, not for me.

My parcel has not even arrived and you guys keep sending reminders on HOW DID WE DO?

Product arrived very well packaged and delivered very well. Delivery was later than expected but was kept informed. Have been using this for a couple of weeks, so can’t fully review it. Keep seeing advertisements for an advanced product and have to find out if it’s better than what I have

Great service. Answered all my queries very quickly. Really good science and evidence to back everything up.

First impression of the Target Light 3.0 is it is a very solid, rugged device. The controls are small and a little fiddly but easy enough to get the hang of. Battery life seems excellent, still haven't needed to recharge it going on two weeks now (it arrived fully charged). As to the potential therapeutic results, that remains to be seen.

Once the product came the quality of it is amazing. I love using the red light panel.

The motorised stand is also solid and great quality. It was easy to build. I would however like to be able to use the light horizontally and well as vertically. This should be able to be fixed easily.

I have suffered a great delay in shipping my order. I'm sorry but this is a very negative point for future purchases.
Correct, I received the order on September but I made the purchase on July 11 and the website did not specify any problem with stock or shipping.

Bought the wrap mat for my dad who had a back injury. It was brilliant for helping him with pain management and super easy to use. He has already recommended to numerous people.

I use red light everyday for face, eyes, thyroid and any aches and pains ! I have also found it effective reducing the pain of post herpetic neuralgia after shingles . I bought the new hand held model as a gift for my daughter who has a running injury and also a shoulder capsulitis . I wouldn’t be without red light in my life now , Thankyou Red Light Rising !

Quite a long wait but worth the wait. So pleased to be able to start using the half stack and intend to use it on a regular basis. I will keep you posted

I purchased 2 hand-held devices (which I love) from Red Light Rising. One is the combo and the other is mainly for the eyes and face. Both devices are truly effective. I use the combo for targeting headaches, joints, sprains, body aches. The pain eases and, with regular treatment, diminishes. The device for eyes helps revive and ease tired or strained eyes. My skin becomes quite plumped up after using this light on my face. I find it also encourages relaxation and sleep. Dealing with Red Light Rising is an absolute pleasure. Placing an order and paying was easy and delivery was made in good time. Red Light Rising certainly helps clients or potential clients make an informed decision by way of their excellent hands-on service, marketing and product updates. Definitely my first choice when it comes to red light therapy.
