Treadmill broke in 4 weeks. Is registered and under warrenty, went through troubleshooting and they stated is just defective. Offered half refund and said it was processed (allegedly, no refund) and if i removed my amazon review would perhaps fully refund me.
The drive motor on my Redliro treadmill went out, so I contacted the company to get a new motor (off warranty), and answered all their questions about my weight, how often I lubricated the belt, how often I used it, etc. They then asked for the order number, which I no longer had. They told me they would not sell me any parts to their machine without the original order number. It's important to note I was not requesting a refund or warranty service. All I asked was for the price and availability for a new motor.
I bought a treadmill from this company. I had some minor problems which the company immediately responded to me and solve my problem. I love My treadmill and this company. Very dependable and the product is wonderful. I very highly recommend this treadmill and the wonderful company that sells it. I have nothing but good to say about them.
