I was looking for a creative strategy agency. They convinced me to work with them, but it turns out they’re more like media buyers, not creative strategists. They took over my ad accounts and made a complete mess. My revenue dropped by 20% that month. On Google, they did something that completely disabled Merchant Account, and prevented me from running Shopping ads. (Account had issues, but I was still able to run Shopping Ads) Still, I believed in them — they kept excusing it as a “bad month” and said their skills were “softening the drop.” Then they sent me some ads they made - they were sooo bad. I honestly told them that random pakistanese Fiverr designer for $5 wouldve made better ads. I told them, those ads won't work - but I did a favour for them and let them run those bad ads, and I was right - those are still sitting at my ad account as worst performance creatives. Then they convinced me that they need to run “Add to Cart” optimization campaign on Meta. No more words needed. Cash-grab agency.
