Dont take phone calls
The experience was extremely negative. although, they do their job but they are very pushy and threaten to make customer which is against Dutch law. They would contact individuals randomly, posing as representatives of their energy supplier, claiming to be working on contract extensions. They would then send offers from unfamiliar energy suppliers and pressure customers to accept without reviewing them. Additionally, they would threaten to impose a 400 euro fine if their offer wasn't accepted, which seemed highly unusual. It's unclear whether this behavior reflects company policy or the individual strategies of staff members.
