AVOID THIS COMPANY
SCAM!! don’t get near this company!! I’ve used their products for a couple of months, now I’ve been trying to unsubscribe and it is impossible. During the subscription process they state that you can unsubscribe in your personal area on the website, only to discover that you have to contact them instead. The help center is slow and lied to my face, after they told me that they had cancelled my subscription I received yet again another box and they won’t accept it back. I emailed again, wrote on ig and nobody answered me. Now I blocked my card to avoid any more automatic payments, this is the only way I found to get out of it.

Gentile Gabriella, avevi scelto un abbonamento e come tale usufruito di sconti speciali. Come indicato nella pagina prodotto e nei T&C che hai accettato lo puoi disdire, mettere in pausa o gestire in autonomia dal secondo rinnovo. Ci hai contattato più volte e più volte te l abbiamo spiegato, addirittura al terzo rinnovo che non hai ritirato abbiamo provveduto noi manualmente ad annullarlo e a rimborsarti.
Per il futuro: se clicchi su "abbonati e risparmia" e sotto il tasto abbonati c'è scritto "Ogni mese ricevi il tuo integratore preferito, scontato delle spese di spedizione.
Dal secondo rinnovo puoi disdire quando vuoi gratuitamente.
Vuoi cambiare integratore? Nessun problema! Puoi decidere di cambiarlo ogni mese senza costi aggiuntivi.
Trovi i Termini e Condizioni completi al punto 16." forse è meglio che tu legga ;)
