Caution! Possible fraud

I have purchased few years ago perpetual licenses for Workflow Designer, Flex Dashboard and Flex Reports from an authorized partner of Redoo, IT&M.
Few weeks ago the modules stopped to function because the licensing server was not available anymore. Even if we've used Redoo support site in the past, they've said first that I am not in their system, than they were asking me the license contract, anything but helping me in a such important issue. In fact I cannot use the company CRM since then. The only big concession I've got was to buy, each year the annual subscription for their actual products (which, of course, are not compatible with my current CRM version). So, in fact, I have purchased in the past perpetual licenses which now are useless. And I've been offered to buy the new products, much more expensive. Probably until they will decide to stop supporting these too.
So, because I've seen I am not alone in this situation, I consider this company a fraud and I strongly recommend to any potential customer to avoid them

As a consultancy/software company who…

As a consultancy/software company who deliver a large number of Vtiger CRM based solutions we have purchased a large number of 3rd party modules from both Steffan Warnat directly (CTO of Redoo Networks) and Redoo Networks themselves both under our company name and in some of our customers names probably to a value of £15,000-£20,000.

All of our historical licenses from Steffan were originally migrated over to Redoo Networks and he made a committment to continuing to provide support, however these licenses have now been deleted from the Redoo Network portal and they are not honouring their agreement.

They are very happy to take your money, but whenever we have logged a support ticket or called them we have never received any support and they are quite happy to leave you with issues.

There answer is always to "buy another license" even though you already have one.

We can no longer trust this company.
