Avoid using RedDotPay; they seem to be running some sneaky scams.
When you want to use their service, you have to pay for a card upfront. The transaction fees for each payment are expected, but if you freeze your card or run low on balance, they still hit you with a $0.50 fee for every payment that fails.
For instance, if your card is frozen and a company tries to charge you for a $10 subscription, it’ll get declined. But if that company makes 100 payment requests, you won’t owe them anything—you’ll end up having to pay RedDotPay $50 just for those failed attempts, which is totally ridiculous.
And if your balance runs out, they’ll charge you for a negative balance too. Seriously, is this for real?

They have major security problems, I have a card that I never even used once but it try to deduct from my card, those merchants deduction came from Dubai and other places that I never been! And guess what, if u want to delete the card Redotpay will charge u for 2USD 😅 Customer service buried my complain under the soil, I know I will never get to hear back from them.

I downloaded RedotPay and tried to complete my KYC. The app clearly states users have 3 verification attempts, but their buggy system permanently blocked me after just one try.
When I contacted "Support," I realized there are NO HUMANS working there. Every email I sent was answered in exactly 60 seconds by a useless AI bot pasting irrelevant templates. Since they refused to provide me with their services, I sent a formal legal request to immediately DELETE my ID documents and personal data from their servers. Instead of confirming the data deletion, their automated bot replied with a tutorial on "how to delete the app."
Deleting the account does NOT delete the sensitive data they harvested from me. This company takes your ID, refuses service, ignores formal data deletion requests, and hides behind AI bots so you can't reach a real person. It feels like a complete data harvesting scam.
If you value your privacy and personal data, STAY AWAY from RedotPay! I am filing a formal complaint regarding my data rights.

I wish i've had listened to the 1 star reviews here,, Redotpay well deserved it to get 1 star, Since they will block your account and prevent logging in and take all the funds inside the account once you start depositing money and they don't give any response, DO NOT use this scam app, This is how they make money.

They blocked my card just after me giving them the origin of funds they wanted and whist I was on a long bike trip tour.
Then asked more stuff I couldn't provide ( I didn't work for more than a year, what origin of funds do they expect ?! )
Asked me for proof of residence ( while it hasn't changed ! ) also I don't have the proof with me.
Support didn't help

URGENT: Formal Complaint - Missing Funds (Transaction BUYC20260308173744473376) - 5 Days Delay
Hello Lina and RedotPay Support Team,
I have been receiving the same 'we are investigating' response for several days now, but no action has been taken. This is unacceptable.
My transaction (BUYC20260308173744473376) is successful on the blockchain, and I have provided all the video evidence you requested. My funds (20.32 USDT) are still missing from my balance, and my account is stuck.
I am requesting an immediate manual credit of these funds to my account. If this is not resolved within the next 12 hours, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to your official social media channels and financial review platforms.
I expect a real solution this time, not a generic template
They held my funds for 5 days with no solution - 20.32 USDT missing"

Short answer:
RedotPay is not officially proven as a scam, but it is considered a high-risk crypto fintech service, and many users report problems like frozen funds, delayed deposits, or poor support. So you should be very careful using it.
Here is the real situation 👇
✅ Why Some People Say It Is Legit
• It provides crypto debit cards and wallet services.
• Many users can deposit USDT and spend with the card successfully.
• It has thousands of users and public reviews online.
Example: On review sites it has around 3.5/5 rating from hundreds of reviews.
⚠️ Problems Reported by Users
Many complaints online mention:
1️⃣ Frozen accounts or funds
• Some users say their accounts were under review and money was locked for days or weeks.
2️⃣ Missing or delayed deposits
• Users report sending crypto but balance not credited immediately or support taking long to respond.
3️⃣ Weak customer support
• Complaints say support replies slowly or gives unclear answers.
Example complaint:
“After adding money to my account, they freeze my funds.”

🧠 My Honest Advice (Especially for You)

✔ Use small amounts first
✔ Do not keep large funds there

**Scam company!** Transferred from PayPal to card — money never arrived. They keep dodging replies. Stay away — don’t risk your money with these thieves!

Their know your transaction policy just gave the permission to steal 1200US from me. Negates the entire philosophy behind crypto. Send money to them at your own risk - never know which transactions they will credit to you and which they will steal.
Editing because they said they reached out and they didn’t.

RedotPay is withholding my refund of 2802.62 USDT. Despite their support (Hazel & Liam) acknowledging the debt and promising to "expedite" the process, they have failed to provide a TXID. My verified wallet 0x5Dc...7b4e remains empty on the blockchain. I have issued a formal legal notice, and they continue to stall with generic replies. I warn everyone: do not trust this platform with large sums until they prove they can return customer funds.

Update: Day 2 and still no refund despite providing the Auth Code 6XB0TT. Support is ignoring the ticket #79355098.
RedotPay is refusing to release an authorization hold for a failed PUMA transaction, despite me providing clear proof from the merchant that the order was never completed. Their support agents (Najiha and Liam) promised a resolution in 48 hours but are now just sending generic "please wait" responses. Ticket ID: [79355098]. Do not use this service if you want your money back quickly after a failed order.

I honestly don't understand why the app has such a low rating. I've been a customer for years, and I even became a P2P merchant a few months ago. The app is perfect and the card is one of the best.

A complete waste of time. Useless app, useless support from 8 or more agents, even after escalating. The Bot replies with frustrating garbage. App wouldn't give the option to deposit GBP and only wanted credit card details to buy a minimum of 100 dollars to exchange for crypto, so I couldn't make payment and didn't trust the process. Fortunately, after 3 weeks of persevering, I found that there are other services that are more reliable and work far better. Their reply below is nonsense. They've made no attempt whatsoever to resolve this.

On 16 February 2026 I sent £2500 GBP to the Funding Circle account attached to my RedotPay card. The incoming payment remained 'pending' for 24 hours and then I noted on the app that the funds are now 'pending refund'. There have been no notifications from RedotPay and no request for additional information. I have contacted Customer Service on multiple occasions and been promised 'escalation' twice yet nothing has happened, just silence. Customer Service just make excuses and respond with pre-prepared cut & paste answers that give zero information, clearly just to kick the can down the road. All I want is my money back quickly. I have all the supporting information ready to share with them for KYC purposes but it seems they don't want it because nothing is happening. It's almost like they don't want to send it back!! New customers and existing ones please beware because this will happen to you too at some point. Look at the number of 1 star reviews on here, it's no coincidence. Please don't risk having your money frozen by these cowboys, just walk away now. Looking forward to seeing their response on here promising 'escalation' for the third time...no doubt resulting in exactly the same outcome as the previous two occasions!

Shockingly bad company with no support. My unused redotpay debit card was being used fraudulently for the repeated purchases of Google store game vouchers. No help whatsoever and nothing to do with redotpay when you finally get to speak to a person. Tried to cancel card as per their instructions, (but there's a $2 fee for this) and then buy a new card (another $10 fee). Even when they stopped approving the fraudulent purchases, every attempted purchase rung up another unpaid transaction fee. Almost cleaned my account out over 24 hours and not a single notification sent to me via their app or email.
Charges for just about all transactions, unable to withdraw your balance to the same country based bank as the country you reside in. How on earth are you supposed to get your money back?
Had to transfer more money in to pay the $2 cancel card fee which takes all day to clear, meanwhile more unpaid fees are being charged to the account.
*Update* below you can see redotpay's generic "we're here to help reply". Absolute BS. No help from them whatsoever. Spent days of pointless conversation with their agents. They admit they should have done more and they shouldn't have charged me the cancel card fees, but no refund, and no resolution, they won't even address their issues. Plenty of other online crypto and card payment services out there, as far as redotpay goes, avoid, avoid avoid!

This is the worst support I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve been a user for years, and I’ve opened tickets across different issues — zero real resolutions. The replies are slow and usually miss the point entirely. Then the ticket gets closed as “Solved” even though nothing is solved. It’s a total waste of time and honestly makes the service hard to trust.
This has been a repeated pattern over years, not a one-off. If reliable support matters to you, I can’t recommend RedotPay.

I would give less than 0 if i can . litterly scamming support asking me for money to "recover" money usdc litterly in the wallet they told me to send money to instead of being helpful they ask u to deposit usdt to a random wallet so they will do their job of being helpful . Litterly the wallet they ask me to deposit money into is filled with transactions wiredly matching their recovery fees .
Add to that , their support chatbot is the crappiest LLM integration ever wasting my time and my health .
Would not recommend!

I am writing this to report a continuous delay in my refund of 696.84 EUR (Transaction PIN: 20251215140751806413).
On January 9th, 2026, RedotPay confirmed the refund failed and asked for my bank details. I provided everything immediately. On February 6th, after my follow-up, "Stan" replied that they are "still locating the funds."
Today is February 15th, and it has been over 37 days since the initial refund process started. It is professionally unacceptable for a financial institution to take more than a month to "locate" a transaction that has a clear TXN ID: a0df43431bf345c8a147b26d0c862c41.
This is my last attempt to resolve this before I file an official complaint with the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (MSO Division). I need my money back in my IBAN immediately.
[UPDATE Feb 16]: Support replied asking me to "update the app" which is a complete stalling tactic. I updated the app and nothing changed. Since manual bank transfers are failing, I officially requested them to credit the 696.84 EUR as USDT to my wallet. Still waiting for a serious action.
[UPDATE Feb 16]: RedotPay replied to my review but addressed me as "Lina Hammoud" (which is not my name), proving they are just copying and pasting responses. I am Ahmed Ayyad (PIN: 20251215140751806413). Their "specialist" only sent me a generic email asking to "update the app," which I did, and it solved nothing. I have officially requested my refund in USDT to avoid more banking excuses. Still waiting for a real solution, not just words.
[UPDATE - Feb 16]:
Support reached out again with more stalling tactics, asking for screenshots of the app "History" page and version 3.0.6. I have provided proof that the history is EMPTY because the refund failed. They are still ignoring my request for a USDT refund to resolve this. It has been 38 days of "locating funds." This is beyond unprofessional. I am now preparing a formal complaint to the Hong Kong MSO authorities.
[UPDATE Feb 20]: Trustpilot doesn't allow direct links, but I have documented all evidence of RedotPay's stalling. Support is asking me to "update" to an old version (2.0.6) while I am already on the latest 3.0.6. This is a clear tactic to avoid paying my 696.84 EUR refund. I have shared the Google Drive evidence links directly with their support via email and will provide them to the Hong Kong MSO authorities. 42 days of waiting is enough.
[UPDATE Feb 25]: After over 60 days of stalling, I found proof in their own app that the transaction "FAILED" on Dec 16, even though they sent me a PDF claiming it was "Successful". I have officially filed a malpractice complaint with the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (MSO Licensing). Today, RedotPay's management finally replied apologizing for their "significant failure", but they are STILL holding my 696.84 EUR. I will not change this review until my full refund is manually credited as USDT.
UPDATE (March 2026): The issue has been resolved. RedotPay credited the full 696.84 EUR to my account on March 12, 2026.
However, it took 87 days, dozens of emails, a formal complaint to the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department (MSO), a crime report (CR2026030700069), and a complaint to the Hong Kong Consumer Council before the funds were finally returned.
During this period, RedotPay's support team provided contradictory information, gave incorrect technical advice (wrong app version), sent my refund under their company name causing a bank rejection, repeatedly asked for the same screenshots, missed multiple written deadlines, and broke at least two explicit written commitments with specific dates.
The issue was only resolved after government authorities were involved. I am updating this review to 3 stars because the funds were eventually returned in full, but the experience was unacceptable for a licensed financial service provider
