I like RedotPay! The service is good, the support is good, the app is good, but one thing that brokes everything... ApplePay.
Guys, you need to understand, that ApplePay its a must-have today. You cant seat in your chairs, with 3-4 months without ApplePay supported in your app, and do nothing about it.
Why we need order a card to use your platform for 100 USD? Why googlewallet support your card and ApplePay not? You need to wake up and start to fix it. Because right now guys, you do nothing about it.

On 22 Oct 2025, my RedotPay account and linked card were blocked immediately after a routine purchase at an ordinary bakery in Germany. Approximately USD 2,000 is now stuck; the service refuses to return the funds and tells me I must wait 90 days. Despite repeated requests, I have not received any clear legal or factual basis for this hold.
Based on my personal experience, I suspect a pattern: for several months the card worked without issues while I kept small balances; however, after topping up around USD 2,000 (on 21 Oct 2025), my card was promptly blocked. This sequence raises serious concerns about reliability and user risk.
I also found that the company’s corporate details and dispute pathway are not clearly presented; it appears I may need to pursue a claim via Hong Kong (or another indirect route). In my opinion, this lack of transparency, the prolonged hold on funds, and the absence of concrete explanations present significant risks.
I am sharing my personal experience and opinion. I will update this review if RedotPay provides a documented justification and returns my funds without delay. Until then, I advise prospective users to carefully assess the risks before using this service.

Customer support and senior managers keep repeating the same thing, and my money still hasn't been returned. They cited AML regulations as the reason, but I've had my wallet AML-checked and no issues were found. So they're even citing fictitious reasons.

I truly appreciate your efforts and the great service you’ve provided so far. However, I’m quite disappointed with how my refund issue was handled.
My card was disabled, and I still haven’t received the $10 refund. When I made the transaction, I also paid additional blockchain fees.
Please keep the card active in my account in case it becomes usable again through Apple Pay.
I really value your service and the hard work you’re doing, but I believe I shouldn’t have to lose money due to a mistake that wasn’t mine.

I’m writing this review to warn others and share my ongoing experience with RedotPay.
I am Ugur Cetin, the sole owner and director of GOLDEN LIONS SOFTWARE AND PROGRAMMING SERVICES LIMITED, a UK-registered company.
On 7 October 2025, I transferred £1,250 from my Revolut UK Business account to my personal RedotPay account (Banking Circle S.A. UK Branch).
Even though both accounts belong to me, RedotPay claimed there was a “name mismatch” and decided to refund the payment.
On 9 October, the refund was processed not through Banking Circle, but via their affiliate Red Dot Trust Limited, which then caused Revolut to reject the transaction for compliance reasons.
As a result, the £1,249 refund is now stuck with Red Dot Trust Limited, and I have not received my money back.
Over the past 12 days, RedotPay support has kept sending the same repetitive messages:
“Your case is under review,” “Please wait,” “We will process soon,” etc.
I’ve provided every document they requested, including proof of ownership, business registration, and new bank account details.
Still, no refund has been received.
Because of this delay, I’ve suffered financial losses of nearly £2,000 GBP, and RedotPay’s inaction has caused serious disruption to my business.
I have now formally escalated this issue to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Banking Circle S.A., who are both aware of this case (Ref: 211859844).
I wanted to resolve this directly with RedotPay, but after almost two weeks of broken promises and excuses, I have lost all trust in this company.
I strongly advise anyone considering RedotPay to be extremely cautious — especially when large amounts are involved.
If RedotPay resolves this issue promptly, I will update this review accordingly.

I have been using this for the last 1 month now. I have nothing to say but all is perfect. I am honestly happy to use this for as long as I am alive. Still waiting for my card to arrive, that is one issue, and another issue, as I am African. It seems that I can't use it on the App Store. I cannot add it to my iPhone. that the only two issues so far i have faced.

I have been a customer of Redotpay for well over a year averaging >$10k spendings on the card, but no more.
The issue is the customer support, or lack thereof.
Recurring problems:
- "ghost" declined transactions with no reason that Redotpay is happy to charge for and never have they refunded such when the declined payment had nothing to do with me, but with them! It's much convenient to do this randomly on the scale of Redot to thousands of accounts and guess that's a nice source of revenue.
- Card sometimes randomly stops working for half a day
Most recently and most infuriatingly, I've been dealing with the fact that they don't credit a SEPA instant wire I sent from my own BE account to Redot via their Banking Circle Luxembourg virtual account redot provides. Suffice to say the funds appeared as "pending" in seconds , and since then, for TWO FULL WORKING WEEKS and despite DAILY writing to support and being told TWICE that the issue is resolved - still nothing. And its not a compliance issue - other wires have worked just fine same route since then, but this one got semi-lost. So every day now I hear "we have escalated your situation", "we are sorry" "we have confirmed we received funds and are working on creditng them" etc etc etc. I must have spoken to half of the Redot support staff by now to no avail.
As part of this process - messages and conversation threads (I've screenshotted) "dissapear" as soon as they become inconvenient, like 4 days after the message said the funds are now credited. The support staff is refusing to even acknowledge my repeated requests to close account and send funds bank; the UI of the app says one "shall forego all funds" if one initiates account closure.
Everyone has technical problems, its unacceptable to have a technical problem with no real ambiguity (nobody argues funds were received/sent) have no resolution and no clear path to a resolution in weeks!
The behavior of ignoring poignant questions and deleting conversation threads that are "inconvenient" is beyond me for a financial institution that I thought I could trust.
Use at your own risk - if something happens you'll be banging your head against the wall for an undetermined amount of time. Beware

Conclusion, stay awake with them, and keep all proof of your transacrion.

Scam Platform,
On 10/07/2025, I purchased a virtual card from one of their apps for $10 to use with Apple Pay.
When I tried to add the virtual card I purchased to Apple Pay, I received a warning that this card cannot be used with Apple Pay.
I then contacted Live Support to inquire about the situation.
On 08-27-2025, Apple stated that an update had been made, and after the update, new RedotPay cards could not be added to Apple Pay, while old cards continued to work without any issues.
There is no information on the app's homepage or any notification sent to users about the cards not working after this update.
They are asking us to read an article found on the support sites. I repeat, there is no information about this article on the homepage.
I then stated that if I cannot use this card on Apple Pay, it serves no purpose for me and requested a refund.
I have been waiting for two days for my request to be reviewed. Why don't these companies, which know how to process payments instantly when selling, know how to process refunds?
The only response from the support team is, “Our team is actively reviewing your request for a solution.” I guess they have turtles working in their teams.
If there had been an issue with a transaction made with the card, when would they have responded if a team that couldn't even respond to a refund request within 48 hours?

This app is fraud ate my 1800 euros and not resolving my issue it's been 20 days no funds in euro account sender bank gave me all proof that redot have my money but despite giving them all proof on chats still no money cherry on top there is no helpline number where we can talk and get our issue resolve instantly and they are taking 24 hours to reply for one single massage highly recommend people not to use these fraudsters

After using the account responsibly and withdrawing my balance in parts, my account was suddenly DISABLED without any warning or explanation.
I contacted support several times and got no real response except generic messages.
They didn’t even tell me the reason, and now my remaining funds are frozen and I can’t access or withdraw anything.
This is completely unacceptable. I verified my account, followed all their rules, and used it only for real transactions — yet they treated me like a scammer for no reason.
Be careful! RedotPay can block your account anytime without proof or explanation.
I highly recommend NOT trusting them with your money until they fix their system and start treating users fairly.
Very disappointed.
