6 weeks roast been dispatched for me
I've received coffee beans been ordered at July, 8 but been roasted at May, 25. 6 weeks.
Lot marked as 'light roast' but omni-roast has been found inside.

underwhelmed
I was a bit annoyed that the coffee could not be delivered as it wouldn’t fit through the letterbox so I had to wait three days for redelivery: on the plus side, The coffee was freshly roasted, but then again, I didn’t particularly like the taste of the coffee that I made, it could be that I’m not very good at making coffee and I will certainly try a different variety next time.

Cosy on a dull February afternoon
Lovely & cosy on a dull, damp February afternoon. The Chai & cake was delicious and friends had glasses of wine that were also cold & tasty. Friendly & attentive service from Lily & Izzy. Great place to pop in after work, nice atmosphere.

Lovely coffee
Lovely coffee, but delivery awful. Ordered on the Thurs for delivery Fri, coffee didn't arrive until following Thurs @ 9pm. Delivery person also broke my letterbox forcing it through

I think you could do more for your loyal subscription customers
Overall generally pleased with the service but would expect the beans to be delivered to me sooner after they have been roasted. Previously I have received beans 3 to 4 days after roasting. Also a bit surprised that subscription members seem to pay more than customers that purchase from your shop or store.
