Excellent Customer support, much better than going through eBay
I wanted to be sure of the parts I was ordering prior to placing the order. Staff were extremely helpful and confirmed all items and answered all questions before order was placed. The shipping was fast to Canada using UPS. All items were professionally packed and arrived in perfect condition. All parts fit as advertised and I have my 2010 John Deere Gator back up and running. I highly recommend Red Rock Turf and will be using them going forward.

I ordered brake pads and they charged…
I ordered brake pads and they charged me for two sets and I got two sets. I only needed one and I have not got a return slip yet for one of them. I ordered disc for the front and brake cylinders for the back. Everything is fine. I just have one set that I don't need.

Bob is the best!
Order was a few Kawasaki decals for my zero turn. I made a mistake on the prefix for the decal and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I contacted Red Rock and immediately was greeted by Bob and he took care of my mistake and kept in contact with me until my item was shipped. That is frankly the best customer service I have had in a long time… That is how American businesses should be. I thank you Bob for outstanding professionalism and service. Parts came and installed flawlessly and could not have expected more.
