Phil rang us to check that we were both ok and to make sure that the policies we had with we're still meeting our need's. After a short chat with him about myself and giving some information it was decided to leave my policy as it was. But it was decided that the wife's policy could be changed to a better one.All was explaining to the wife and she decided to change to the new better policy. Phil and the rest of the team are always looking after the best interests of the clients and not themselves. It was not until the end of the phone call that we realised that we had being with Red Rose Insurance for 10 years. And they are still as friendly and polite now as there where than. Was tempted to say thanks but no thanks from the initial call as earlier quotes I had received had been way out of my budget. Deciding to hear them out I am glad I did.
I had absolutely no idea of the various insurance products out there on the market. Turns out there was a much more affordable product available that I had never come across before but ticked all my boxes and at a fraction of the cost. Very knowledgeable team! I asked lots of what most would consider silly questions but was never made to feel an idiot - in fact the opposite. No hard sell at all and given all the time I needed to make decisions. A real down to earth team who I feel actually believe in what they do. Thanks to all at Red Rose.
