The Red Tea Detox came to be after Liz Swann Miller was recovering from the birth of her second child. She found herself to be overweight, addicted to diet soda and caffeine, and regularly binging on junk food. After a surprise trip to Africa, Liz came across a secret red tea that the locals were drinking to keep themselves slim and trim. After much persuasion, Liz was able to convince the locals to let her take the recipe back with her to America to test it. The results were shocking. The combination of the ingredients in the tea enabled Liz to drop 41 pounds in just a few weeks. Further tests showed that other people were able to lose up to 50 pounds just from drinking this tea a couple times a day! Liz decided to combine this "red tea" recipe into a book that teaches people how to make it, and when to drink it. It now sells on her website, and has already helped thousands of people in the world shed their unwanted body fat and change their lives. Her goal is to educate as many people as possible about the healing powers of tea and how to easily incorporate these changes into daily life. Elizabeth has two daughters and currently lives and practices in Mount Carmel in sunny Israel.

The diet for realists like me!

The diet for realists like me!
I love that the diet takes time to explain health aspects to the reader. Hopefully there will be less people putting themselves in danger with unhealthy dieting.
The diet combines food, exercise and supplements into a comprehensive system. The meal plans are manageable. I don’t think I’ll get bored following this schedule.
It’s got guidelines for every situation, even if I pick up weight again. This is the diet I’ve been looking for.

It could definitely work for you.

I found this to be quite an interesting read, and unlike a lot of similar publications that offer instructions for dieting or a healthier way of living; it is much more comprehensive. It tells you in simple terms about the various elements that can affect your body, and also what will aid it when you begin a diet. Following on from this it provides a daily plan telling you exactly what foods to eat and when, as well as the kind of exercises that you should be doing. If you’ve struggled to find a method that works for you, then this book is certainly worth looking into.

Probably the only diet that has worked for me.

In my life, I have tried many diets. Some have provided some results. Not amazing, but they were good enough. But I was never able to find that one diet that will help me to get in the best shape of my life. But with Red Tea Detox, I have finally found it. Red Tea Detox helped me to lose weight in the way that I always wanted, in a safe and healthy way. Many diets are dangerous for your health, especially extreme ones. But Red Tea Detox is safe, healthy and it will give you results that you have always wanted. It has worked for me, so it will definitely work for you also.

It can work for you too!

It can work for you too!
If you follow the plan- the weight loss is incredible! My wife, sister and I tried this book program for 2 weeks for the same results. When my sister suggests the 2-week diet, I thought I would go back to being a weight watcher. Well, I’m happy to say that’s not the case anymore. I have been in a bit of luck maintaining the eating habit from this book. I recommend this book rather than any other loss weight program! One thing I should say, follow what Brian Flatt says and you will be amazed!
