Red Telecom is a scam operation, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. They are owned and operated by Nicholas Kontaxis who was investigated and charged with illegal activities under the telecommunications act and the consumer credit code. They are currently facing charges in the Federal Court of Australia of up to $10M, for each breach, of which there are multiple, after being charged for repeatedly failing to comply with orders from the TIO, the industry ombudsmen and for false reporting to the ACMA, the industry regulator. If they survive this action, you should never deal with them under any circumstances, if you are with them now, find your next provider and run away as fast as you can. This company and its staff deserve the misery of wind up order issued against them and its director Nicholas Kontaxis barred from a directorship of any Australian corporation for the maximum term. They will promise the earth, lock you into a 5 years paid in advance finance deal without disclosing what it actually is, provide no working services, prevent you from accessing your phone numbers then abuse you when you call to complain after a week of trying to get through as they never call you back. After you cancel your services due to no telephones for over 6 weeks in your business, they will steal your money from your bank account even after you notify them they are no longer authorized to access your accounts and will then threaten you with legal action if you try to recover it. Ignore this review at your own peril, you WILL lose a lot of money if you place an ounce of faith in their inexhaustible lies and will potentially tank your business. This is a current affairs style event and Nicholas Kontaxis and his team of criminals need to be held accountable.
