This is a limited review because my…

This is a limited review because my only interaction with Red Ventures has been through their recruitment/ onboarding team.
Since I have come across the job posting made by Red Ventures on Indeed, my overall experience has been great. Two days after I initially submitted my resume, a member of Red Adventures recruitment team (Vicki) contacted me and after a brief company overview, and a few questions, I was scheduled a meeting with a hiring manager (Rikki). Both meetings were very professional, and at the same time I honestly felt like we were already working together. Any inhibitions or pre-interview reservations I might have had were quickly dispelled. It was my very BIG pleasure meeting these two ladies, you are a true asset for Red Ventures. I hope to be able to write another 5 🌟 review on the joys of working for Red Ventures.

Red Ventures was the worse company, I’ve ever worked for

My honest opinion of this company is that they don’t know what they are truly doing. It’s unorganized, and inconsistent. I worked for this company for three years. My first two years I worked for AllConnect, best company I had ever worked for. Dec. 2018 Red Ventures bought AllConnect effective Jan. 2019, and everything went down hill from there. From commission changing monthly, to rules changing often. The turn over rate is super high. They need to focus on how to keep their employees happy.
