Iphone received does not match described.

I bought an iPhone 13 mini with excellent condition. It guarantees no visible scratches and has a battery life equal or greater than 80%. It arrived later than promised date , there are visible and obvious scratches. The battery life shows 78% with a big warning “your battery is severely degraded , please go to service center to repair or replace it”. It was after I spent a long time to set it up and transfer data and the battery drained so quickly for me to notice. I reached out to them and there was no apology and only a return label for me to return within 7 days.
