Good customer service

I had an issue related to a recent sale (bought the Nano X5 Edge) and reached out to Reebok Canada’s customer service team for assistance. I was really impressed with how professionally and efficiently they handled my concern. Their responses were timely, clear, and focused on making sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

It’s always reassuring to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and takes the time to resolve issues properly. Based on this experience, I would definitely feel confident shopping with them again and appreciate the high level of service they provided.

Thank you Reebok Canada.

PS...my new X5 Edge are awesome. Perfect for my workouts.

not recommended

I purchased shoes from reebok.ca, and one of them looked used. I returned the entire order, but until now I have not received my refund. I contacted their customer service several times, and they kept telling me that I just need to wait. This has been a very disappointing experience

Worst Customer Service Ever

I NEVER bother to write reviews about poor customer service, but my experience with Reebok was so bad that I need to make sure other people don't make the same mistake as me. I ordered a pair of shoes I wanted for a trip and when they still hadn't shipped out 5 business days later, I requested that my order was cancelled because I wouldn't receive them in time. Up until this request, the customer service agent was extremely responsive and answered me very quickly (like within 10 minutes). The minute I asked for a refund they went dark, and then days later finally responded to say they couldn't give me a refund because the order was already with the warehouse (yet I still hadn't received a shipping email at this point). I sent multiple emails again explaining that I would be gone by the time the shoes were delivered to my house and they would get stolen if the package was sitting outside my door. They still didn't respond and a FULL WEEK LATER when I had sent 3 unanswered emails requesting my order was cancelled and was already on my trip, I received the shipping email. Took two weeks to ship out a single pair of shoes and apparently they can't cancel an order in the week leading up to it being processed. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had online shopping, won't ever be buying from them again

Disappointed with Warranty Policy and Product Quality

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes in early 2024 from Winners in Vancouver. After just about two months of light use, the front of the shoe started to tear near the toe area.

I contacted Reebok Canada, but they refused to help because the shoes were **manufactured in August 2022**, and their 1-year warranty starts from the **manufacturing date**, not from the date of purchase.

This makes no sense to customers — I bought the product in good faith in 2024, expecting it to be covered under warranty. They also required proof of purchase, which I no longer had. So in the end, they offered no support.

Very disappointing quality and customer experience. If you’re buying Reebok shoes, be sure to check the **manufacture date** on the tag — otherwise, you may end up with a defective product that is **already out of warranty**, even if it’s brand new on the shelf.

Not what I expected from Reebok.

Customer service seems lazy

I emailed Reebok the same day of placing an order to request a cancellation. The customer service representative provided me with a phone number to call. I only read the email the following day. I called the number and was told that order is already packaged and will be shipped.

I opened the order today and noticed that the price was discounted quite possibly on the same day I received the order. I email customer service again to request a refund of the price difference of the discount.

Apparently I have to return to order so that I can re-order it again to get the discounted price.

This was a disappointing experience.

2 Orders in 3 months

2 Orders in 3 months.
Both orders never got shipped and I had to email for them to refund and tell me they're out of stock.
Absolutely horrible customer service. It's 2023 get a software that keeps track of inventory properly.

Website is out of date…

Website has inaccurate and out of date information that cannot be trusted. Placed an order for a pair of shoes and received an email cancelling my order due to unavailable stock. However, the same pair of shoes in the same color and size is still available to order online.

NO customer support for online purchases

purchased a pair of shoes a week ago online at Reebok.ca . Credit Card was charged right away, a week latter shoes have not shipped. Customer support has limited hours makes you leave a message and they never call you back. they are Open 9-5 eastern time so they close at 2PM on the West Coast, ridiculous. Two emails and just one very polite response they will look into it with no follow up.

I wouldn't trust online purchases with them again.

They'll charge for items not sent

Some items I ordered didn't show up. Only after I reached out to them they said, they had a problem with their system and said they'll refund me. Same thing happened on a second order. They advised me the problem has been reported and solved, so I put in a 3rd order, different items and same thing happened.

Just buy from a normal retailer. If they are sending an order out and items are missing from that order, that should be an automatic refund instead of waiting for the customer to reach out to them.

Even then, I still didn't get everything fully refunded.

Just go to a reputable store or online retailer and avoid reebok.ca

Scam, horrible customer service

They never sent my shoes kept saying they’ll ask the distribution centre and never responded to me. They’ve kept the money and the shoes and am over a month after ordering and have been scammed. Order 70915

Easy warranty repalcement

I bought a pair of basketball shoes through Sport Chek. About 5 weeks after waring them, one of the loops that the laces passed through broke. I sent a warranty claim to Reebok, and a couple of days later they gave me a gift card to reebok.ca for what I paid.

Terrific customer service.

Re Refund will take forever if ever

I have been waiting for my refund for my returned running shoes for over 3.5 weeks and this is exactly what this Billion dollar company told me when I contacted them on there Chat on the reebok.ca site....

Reebok reply: Upon confirming, the refund request is still in our queue as our warehouse back office team have experienced some technical issues with processing refund resulting in a backlog that we are currently clearing out. we will be unable to provide any specific information as to when we will be able to process the refund but rest assured that this has been followed up and escalated so we can provide you the refund as soon as possible.
That was 5 days ago but for a company with such a Global presence really is unacceptable.

So warning! do not buy shoes from Reebok.ca use a reliable site like Amazon where you can expect better Return refunds when you return an item to them.

ugh @ refunds

They usually have good sales and the quality of items is great. The only issue I actually have with Reebok is returns. It literally takes them up to 30 days to refund you not 3-5 days like their website states. Although they ship quickly and I am usually happy with my purchase they make exchanges and refunds annoying. Most online retailers refund a lot faster.

They have 30 days exchange for sizes and partial refunds if needed.
