Good customer service
I had an issue related to a recent sale (bought the Nano X5 Edge) and reached out to Reebok Canada’s customer service team for assistance. I was really impressed with how professionally and efficiently they handled my concern. Their responses were timely, clear, and focused on making sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
