Great quality trainers and prices

Bought 5 pairs of trainers in a 'back to school' heavy clearance sale. Extremely happy with the quality of the shoe and the prices were fantastic.
A bit slow on dispatch, but when you're selling shoes that are on 50-75% clearance you'll be busy and take longer to send. That's pretty obvious to me and not something I would be precious about.

The loss of 1 star from my rating is because one of the pairs was not delivered, but I was auto refunded before it even arrived. A bit disappointing, but stock issues happen. An apology would have been nice in this instance rather than refunding whilst the delivery was in the ether.

How do they keep cutomers?

Quite shocked when I checked Trustpilot for Reebok to see how bad they are at customer service. I usually check before buying but thought such a big company would be ok. Ordered trainers on 17th Sep. It states on their site 3 business days to dispatch! Looking at tracking and label created a week ago for UPS but nothing moved since. What is wrong with these companies? It is beyond me how they keep customers.

i oredered my goods on the 8th sept…

i oredered my goods on the 8th sept 2023 and delivery was sheduled for 13 th sept , didnt turn up its now the 15th and its still not arrived and they cant tell me when il receive my order or even if il recieve it , Disgusting , im really disapointed , never again .

Thieves!!

I ordered 2 pairs of different shoes. They sent me only one pair.

I sent them pictures of the box and it's contents. I sent them CCTV of the UPS guy delivering to the building and of me opening the box.

The item that was never sent, suddenly the next day they became unavailable for purchase, in every single size.

When I contacted them about a refund, they denied it. They stole £45 from me, they can not be trusted, do not buy from them directly, they are thieves and liars, buy from a more credible source like Sports Direct

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could! Ordered over the years and been fine but this time no order confirmation yet money taken, order wasn’t shipped so I cancelled it then they shipped it that day, I refused the delivery at the door but no acknowledgment of return, chargeback through my credit card which Reebok had the cheek to dispute!!!
Unbelievably dreadful, worst experience ever and I won’t ever use them again

Spot on

Ordered pair of Reeboks 4 days ago today UPS were at my door delivering them, well packed and good trainers I am usually a size 7 in any other brand but find Reebok run a bit big ordered 6.5 and fit like a glove. Thanks

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid

I recently purchased several sportswear items from Reebok, but unfortunately, the quality and fit did not meet expectations, so I decided to return everything.

To my surprise, there was no returns label included in the parcel, which meant I had to print it myself. This alone would have been manageable, but the returns label wouldn’t fully generate via Reebok’s own website.

When I attempted to drop off the parcel at UPS, I was turned away again — this time because Reebok had not informed me that each return required three printed invoices per parcel. This created even more unnecessary hassle and delay.

What’s worse, I was told I would have to pay for the return shipment to the Netherlands out of pocket — with no indication of this cost or process when placing the order.

The entire experience has been frustrating, unclear, and far below the standard I would expect from a global brand. I am now left uncertain as to whether I will even receive a refund.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping with Reebok. The returns process is overly complicated, poorly communicated, and offers little to no customer support.

Still waiting for refund from july

Still waiting for refund from july. Noone care about the customers, even the manager. I am waisting my time....I just want my money back. Tomorrow is september....2 MONTHS and no order and no refund.

Not waterproof despite the advertising.

Bought some trainers advertised on Reebok's own site as waterproof. The trainers (Floatride 4) are not at all waterproof, so I am very annoyed.

I have sent multiple emails to their customer-service team and barely had any response, and now seem stuck with the trainers. Will never buy from Reebok again

Shocking experience

Shocking experience! Had 3 failed order attempts because reebok kept cancelling the transaction. Finally managed to place the order but with the delay 3 pairs of shoes went out of stock. Then randomly 1 pair was cancelled and refunded and the rest of the order arrived 2 weeks later. The reason for the delay if that there wasn’t enough invoices put on the side of the box for customs. I purchased 10 pairs of shoes and sent 5 back. It took over 4 weeks from posting them back to getting a refund, it was ridiculous!
I had to chase them 6 times to get a refund. Even though they acknowledged they had recieved the returned parcel it still took 3 weeks. Then I get an email to say the refund has been issued but will take 10 working days to go through. So that means a return takes 6 weeks.
Avoid avoid avoid!

Day 10 and order status is still 'Checking Stock'

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 5th Aug. The website is still reporting 'checking stock'. Nothing here but 1 star reviews since April! Just as well I used Paypal.

Update 21/08/2023
Reebok have refused to refund me and have been unresponsive to Paypal case opened a week ago. Paypal case won today!

Incompetence at it's highest level!

Good morning, Reebok.

To my surprise two pairs of trainers arrived today, after 5 failed attempts by reebok accepting then cancelling orders days after I order the item.

I open one box. Reebok have shown their incompetence again, how embarrassing (Please see pictures attached).

You've packed the complete wrong pair of trainers with these hideous pair of old looking crusty trainers.

I'm starting to think this is a huge joke on my behalf. Will reebok do the right thing and send me the correct trainers? Or refund the full amount to my card and let me keep the putrid joke prop trainers?

The saga continues...

Cash strapped business??

Is this business going bankrupt?. Taking money without honoring the contract suggests they are short of cash to pay the bills for day to day operations. A company with no cash flow cannot operate in the short,medium or long term. Personally I managed to get my money back from failed delivery but it took a lot of work. Shame as they have knocked out some decent running shoe products for the last 3-4 years. Maybe the low price model has not paid off and it might be wise to go elsewhere from this point forward (for running shoes at least). Hopefully it will be sorted but reading some of the reviews on this platform I suspect not.

Poor shipping experience in UK

There is no UK shop when buying online. Everything ships from a warehouse in the EU rather than the UK. This makes shipping and returning very annoying. Not sure why a company of this size can’t ship direct from the UK (well it’s probably a cost cutting exercise - at the customers expense)
