I'm gonna give it one star as I've been disappointed by both their product and their services.
I ordered a pretty expensive bag pack from reebok.de, after 9 months the zippers started to break and I could no longer close the bag. I contacted their customer support (via WhatsApp) and they offered me a refund. I sent back the item on the 20th of December and since that day I am still waiting for the refund (they have correctly received the package because I can see it on the DHL website). They stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages.
Additionally, I ordered Nano shoes, the first pair I got, the sole started to peel off after 2 weeks. They exchanged it, and now after 2 months, the sole starts peeling off again. I'm tired of the back and forth with them (when they reply)... I've been using Reebok for all my CrossFit clothes and shoes for 4 years and spent a decent amount of money but I'm officially done now.
