This Reelshorts App is a Scam, it purposely deletes coins and take you back to episodes you have watched and charges you again to watch them over so people keep paying and not moving forward to complete the Series.. Don't fall for the Scam...

Same as with most comments. Bought $5 for 1000 coins and was able to watch about 10 mins. Assumed that it would be enough to finish a low budget movie. Their response will be, just pay the $25 for a week unlimited. Scam. Too bad because the movies are fun to watch.

Very clever fraud scheme. I watched about 15 minutes worth of trial footage. Then it said that it said i needed "coins" to keep watching (in app currency). It showed the cost of the movie as 72 coins. Nowhere did it say 72 coins per minute.. and in their defense it never said 72 coins per movie. Only "Cost: 72 coins".

The app said I could buy 500 "coins" for $5. Or for $20 I could have 7 days of viewing. I chose the smaller option, thinking it was the cost to keep watching the rest of the movie. After 7 minutes, it wanted me to pony up more money. In it's scheme (if you're doing the math), it wants about $65 for me to watch that movie. Totally makes sense, right? I call for transparency... something i assure you will never happen.

Yes I enjoy some of these reel shorts but some of the acting is not always the best and it’s really just the same thing.One girl who’s rich and has it all and wanting to be normal and one girl who doesn’t have it all but wants to be rich and popular. And then the friends turn they back on the girl who was telling the truth from the beginning that’s not real friends if they know she wouldn’t do any wrong to them why make the girl who doesn’t have it all try to turn them against them when in the end the girl who don’t have it all has no power to destroy anyone. And I’m talking about True Heiress vs fake queen bee. That reel short then the lack of students and staff in the school having the teachers be disrespectful to the girl that’s not what real teachers do all students are treated equally no matter who they father or mother is. More actors real music and a more believable seen when taking place in a school. Overall though it was pretty good

Stuff I paid to watch them made me repay to skip them episodes you start where I finished off such a scam, after speaking to someone apparently any episodes watched during a Vip subscription all relock and it don’t let you skip episodes so your stuck rewatching episodes and using all your coins to get back to where you started

Do Not Purchase anything from them . I repeat Do Not Purchase Anything If you want to loose your money and not get the coins you’ve paid for . I paid for 500 coins Nov 23, 2024 And Still haven’t received them and yes I have my receipts for anything I claim. I gave them plenty of time just to see if anything would show on my account before I contacted them but when I did there first response was maybe it’s connection problems and steps to do to see if it comes to my account ok I done everything that I was told to them than I wrote them the next day or so and told them nothing still came so than they told me to send them my receipt of purchase with the Id number on it which I sent the screenshot of the amount and the date to them and they told me they needed the one from my Google play with the Id from Google play well I didn’t know how to get that so I had to contact them again to see how to find that and they did send me that so when I sent them what they needed days go by and I haven’t heard anything at this point I’m frustrated and wanted a refund which I still haven’t gotten yet currently still waiting nor my coins I paid for. When they finally reply back they told me to go look under my coins and the episodes I watched I had gotten my 500 coins to unlock the next episodes already which is a lie anyone that watches reelshorts knows that you can claim points once a day and watch ads 7 times a day to u lock episodes so they can dismiss me with the bs that I received something and I didn’t and paid for it . For anyone who’s thinking about purchasing anything from them don’t you will get ripped off and not get what you purchased and not to mention they make us watch those video ads to unlock episodes and when we do majority of the time what we watch to unlock something we don’t get that either again they false advertise on the ads and what we can do on there bogus app.

Lots of times I can’t watch or watch ads to watch the show. It freezes my screen and sometimes have to wait a day or two to watch. Not happy. This has happened many times.

Biggest scam of a lifetime. I "watched" a few paid way to much and uninstalled the app a month ago. Today, I was hit with ANOTHER charge from ReelShort - I dont have a sub, the app isnt even installed. I called Apple asking what the charge was and they said I had to be logged into the app to make the purchase.

Don't EVER use this - once they have your information they will keep charging.

What a load of nonsense - you can watch for free until there are about 4 or 5 VERY short episodes left and then you have to pay. This, after having to watch the same stupid ads over and over again. What a waste of time.

What a scam! I came across this on social media by a movie they were advertising. I watched so many episodes then it wanted me to pay. Each 10 seconds of the movie you have to pay so many coins for and it varies. I purchased 1000 coins for five dollars, I did not even get halfway through the movie and it was telling me I needed to purchase more coins to continue watching. I purchased another thousand coins for $10. I got 3/4 of the way through the movie and it prompted me to purchase more coins! At that point I said hell no I am not paying any more money for one movie, I already paid $15! This movie could’ve easily cost me $45 just to watch it! How is this even legal!

I chose not to buy since it ridiculously expensive for short videos. It’s twice the cost of actual normal length film apps like Netflix and Paramount.

The length of the shorts before an AD is also redicilous 1minute 30 seconds then you have to watch not 1 but 4 adverts one of which is so lengthy, you can make a cup of tea…

£199 annual subscription ? Or £19.99 a month - What a rip off…. I’ve deleted the app and make sure I’ve deleted all my cookies too !

This is BS and has happened three times with no refund whatsoever. I get into one of the episodes and then It asks me to buy more but when I go to renew my nineteen ninety nine a week it says I am all paid up. I expect someone to me ASAP and refund the weeks it did this ti me. I have written in before and never heard anything. 937 351 9500 call me. Your customer service really sucks. I have been a member for months but if you do not compensate me in some way for this bs I will never watch again.

I was charged for a subscription that was mistakenly made. I was mislead of how to get a refund. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone buying this not even worth it.I have emailed everyday to get a a refund and have been given the run around . This is money taken from me and my family. You (reelshort) make enough money off other people and can afford to give me a refund

even though the videos are fun to watch, the site itself is a scam. I did a week trial subscription and I canceled the subscription before it was due to be paid, but they’re still trying to steal my money off my account and Apple does nothing about it to stop it. They’re telling me I have to pay the subscription even though I canceled it, asked for a refund, which is ridiculous

This app must be the biggest rip off in history. You pay and after 5 minutes, I was asked to pay again!!! I see many share my sentiment here
