The features that attracted me to the platform are not available to me. The demo video showed that I can get proofreading done by listening to a bot reading for me. I don't even see that icon. The entire writeful menu is greyed out. The demo video showed that I can use folders of my previous writings and other work for writing new work. All that is not available

It is quite difficult to find sentences in the academic phrase bank. It would be great if it was easier to replace the sentences I wrote with the phrases in the phrase bank.
