I signed up for the professional plan. They assured me that if I was not satisfied I could easily get a refund. However, ALL the leads they sent were bogus! NONE of the 5 leads they sent me were actual vetted, qualified leads.

According to my contract I was supposed to get two leads per month, every month, FOREVER. But the moment I complained and let them know their leads were bad, they stopped sending me anything.

When I asked for a refund, they stopped returning all my calls and text messages!

When I initiated a dispute through the credit card company I used to purchase their service -- they actually refuted it! They sent paperwork claiming I had stated that I was "completely satisfied" with the service and that they had "fulfilled the service". How could they have fulfilled it when I was supposed to get the leads every month, in perpetuity?

They are scammers. Their business address is gibberish and if you look at their PayPal purchase, it goes to an account in BELGIUM!

Referrix Realty is a scam.
I went through all the paperwork and agreed to what looked like legit terms. But from the start the first 3 referrals were not legit. Two were out of the approved zip codes and one was actually listed on the MLS by another agent. When I made them aware they said they would send more leads but never did.
My exchanges were handled very abruptly when I was going through the application process. However, after they failed to provide additional leads I asked to begin the process for a refund. They have been ghosting me and have not responded to my emails, phone calls or texts. I this point I assume my deposit is a loss. They only get 1 star because that is the minimum. They deserve negative stars and legal action since they're ripping people off.

Referrix is a total scam. When I first talked with them, I asked about the negative reviews, and they assured me that the negative reviews came from "their competition", not anyone that worked with them, and that others were from agents who didn't follow up and got upset that their leads didn't convert. TOTAL BALONEY! Referrix never sent me a single lead after 10 weeks. I got tired of getting the same text from Nasr, stating "let me check with marketing". I think there is no marketing. Only scam.

THIS IS A SCAM! I saw some good reviews on here so I decided to try it out assuming I would get at least a couple good leads. I got NOTHING. For months. Literally NOTHING. When I would reach out, I was told "the leads are scheduled to go out next week".... Then when I requested the refund, they sent me 3 random leads that were nowhere near the area I had even requested. TOTAL SCAM

I wrote a review, but the company flagged it because they don’t want others to back away from them. My experience was negative; they scammed me. It took a long time for them to send me leads, and those leads were not even interested in buying or selling. I would advise caution when dealing with them, as they are just trying to scam people

I had high hopes working with Referrix Realty, but my experience fell far short of expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and key updates about my property were often delayed. The process felt unorganized, and I didn’t receive the level of professionalism or transparency I was promised. I truly hope the company improves its customer service and accountability moving forward, as clients deserve better reliability and support.

REFUND MY MONEY! I submitted my cancellation and you acknowledged it via email saying it would be refunded in 20-25 business days. We are well beyond that now.

This will not stop until my money is received.

Yes they replied on here and they emailed me saying they sent it to my bank. I checked with my bank they have never sent over a refund. Still waiting for my refund. Do Not Sign up with them. They are scamming realtors out of money. They ignore emails and calls. I have left multiple message and they never call me back. STAY AWAY>

I signed up with Referrix Realty in March. I signed up with the Trial Plan so it was for six months. To be honest, I got 12 leads in those six months (since they only offer two leads per month)
At the start, I got couple of leads that were not from my area so I got skeptical but hats off to Referrix’s Support team
They handled my situation very professionally and got me two new leads without an extra cost.
Now If I talk about the quality of those leads, out of those 12, I got one close. And I’m satisfied with these numbers since I know it’s a numbers game
So I’m about to upgrade the plan and try out the professional plan. I would recommend using Referrix Realty since they’re cheaper and Beth than a lot in the market

I had purchased the Professional Plan with Referrix Realty when I was working in New York. Later, I moved to Pennsylvania and transferred my license there. The areas I wanted to serve in PA were already taken by other agents, so I requested a refund. To my surprise, the process was smooth and quick — my refund was issued right away. Referrix Realty truly stands by its commitment. If your claim is genuine and your reason is legitimate, they honor it without any hassle. I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency

NEVER GAVE A REFUND OR PROVIDED A LEAD

This company is not what they say. They never answer or return calls when you start having issues or a want to cancel. A lot of the text on their site is in Latin and poorly managed. They never provided a lead. They said it could take a couple weeks and after 4 to 5 weeks and nothing i decided to initiate my money back guarantee. For a week i never recieved anything until i left them a bad review. Then they said they are processing my refund but it would take 15 to 20 business days and they wanted me to remove my review. It has now been 30 business days and they have not responded to any texts, calls or emails. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I have contacted the Attorney General, a lawyer (for breech of contract), BBB and will be leaving reviews anywhere and everywhere i can, as well as quora and reddit posts!

We cant let people like this in our society get away with things like this! I will continue this fight til i get what i am owed

And to Referrix reply. That is completely inaccurate! I setup service July 28th and gave you guys 3 weeks before canceling... you started processing the refund on August 22nd I have emails for proof of everything. And I only got a call back after continually trying for days..

This is a prime example of what you're about. Twisting narratives and acting like the customer is at fault... shameful

Also I spoke with the 3rd party Payoneer 2 days ago. The 3rd party you used to process payments and they are not down or having issues. They will be reaching out for resolution.

You cannot threaten to hold my money hostage for my claims because of how I feel about how you've all handled this process, how you operate, and how you've represented yourself.

So I've used 3 to 4 different lead generation platforms in the past two years. Realreff, Reffhive, Zillow, and Referrix Realty.
So far Referrix Realty has only proven that they deliver real leads. It's been three months with them, and in these three months, I've got 8 leads in which two turned out in a successful listing and one got closed a week ago. So far, their claims of exclusive leads, vetted leads, and instant support have been proven true.

Their work is good. It’s not extremely exceptional, but considering they’re a growing company, so far they’re doing pretty well and moving on the right track.

I believe the whole game of leads depends on volume. The more leads you get, the higher the chances of closings. That’s why I signed up for the Business plan, and out of the 8 leads I receive every month, at least one or two customers are potential. That’s exactly what I was expecting, and so far, Referrix has lived up to my expectations.

I never really believed in referral networks, never. But Referrix Realty’s plan was small, so I signed up for the Mini plan. It wasn’t a big investment, so I thought I’d give it a try, and I can say that their lead flow is decent. Every month, I receive leads according to my plan. Yes, sometimes leads come from out of my areas, but if you ask them, they replace them. It’s not like every customer is completely ready, but at least the customers are legit — they don’t send bogus leads.

Never received a lead and some of their text on their site and the descriptions are in Latin... definitely feels like a scam. And now since I've asked for a refund nobody answers the phone or gets back to me...they have 3 different numbers i tried and no response. Their site is not user friendly or made for the states with all the latin on there. And their communication amd reasoning is awful.

Edit: so they finally got back to me after I posted these reviews and threatened escalation. Then even tried to flag this review as defamation. Very petty company and would never recommend using them. Put your money into a social media campaign instead!

To your reply: now I was told after 2 to 3 weeks id receive leads. After I was into week 3 I decided to cancel because when I asked questions I got round about answers and it was bad communication. Also I only ever received a response for my refund until I threatened litigation and put up this review. You guys give time frames and expectations and dont follow through. Also, Theres many other aspects of your service that was lackluster or seemed shady.

Also never received my refund! They asked me to adjust my review as they said they were processing it but still never received it. These guys are crooks and if I still dont have anything Friday I am submitting with the Attorney General and Small Claims with damages as this has set back my business and my family...

Edit to respond to Referrix: You guys said you processed the refund but it has been 30 business days and still nothing when you said it would be 15 to 20 business days.

Also you mention you're located in Delaware but your address on your site and social media pulls up different businesses which I've called and vetted. You guys are using their address fraudulently. You can even see on their response they have no customer service by saying "lack of patience" i lost faith in this company on their poor communication, fraudulent practices and misrepresentation, and their website texts being in Latin here and there on their crm side. Just completely unprofessional and fake.

They did not send me one referral in two months. They were supposed to refund me my money and I still haven't received it.

Don't do business with this "company". If a price for these services seems to good to be true, they are.
