I canceled my order within 24 hours, days before the ship date cut off. I have time-stamped screen shots.

I canceled the order again day of, before the shipping label was created. I have time-stamped screen shots.

I have sent both to refills.com support and they are not only refusing the refund, they have put in writing the excuse, and the excuse violates their written policy, which I've also captured.

I'm filing complaints with my credit card company, and the consumer protection bureaus in my home state, the shipping state, and DE where they are formed.

It's a time-consuming process, but it is necessary for accountability.

I am sharing my experience so others can avoid serious issues. I ordered GLP-1 medication through Refills, and my shipment was extremely delayed with no tracking provided. During this time, I reached out multiple times for support, expressing concern about the lapse in my medically necessary treatment, and my messages were ignored for days.

I formally requested cancellation on February 28, 2026. Despite this, my account was charged again without authorization. Only after this charge did Refills respond, and they denied my refund. The company’s explanation—an “influx of orders”—does not justify the risk to health or their lack of communication.

This experience shows serious red flags:
• Delays that interfere with medical treatment
• Lack of transparency or tracking information
• Ignored support inquiries
• Unauthorized billing after cancellation requests
• Poor customer accountability

If you are considering Refills, proceed with extreme caution. Make sure all cancellations are confirmed in writing and monitor your account carefully. Based on my experience, these issues are not minor inconveniences—they directly impact health and finances.

I paid in advance for 6 months and they don’t want to ship the 3 months I paid for

I paid in advance for 6 months. They sent only for 3 .
I should get the second shipment long time ago and the same person , Kevin look like he does not know what he is doing. He says that I already received my shipment and I need to pay again . Then when I want them to ship , and I asked a month ago to ship! I haven’t lost a pound. I got fatter . Not sure what they send in those vials , but when I was on wegowy I lost weight for real .
Not I cannot even message him . What a joke . I will ask my bank for a refund .

EXPIRED MEDS

The medication was prescribed on December 30, and I received it around January 1. After multiple uses, I discovered that the medication was already expired. The vial clearly shows a “Beyond Use Date” of November 13, 2025, meaning it was no longer safe or appropriate to use at the time it was delivered to me.

This is a compounded medication, where the beyond-use date is critical for both safety and effectiveness. As a result, the product I received was unusable.

I have contacted the company multiple times to resolve this issue. However, they have refused to issue a refund and have only offered to send replacement medication, which I do not want given the seriousness of receiving expired medication.

I have photo documentation clearly showing the expired beyond-use date on the vial, as well as records of my communication attempts with the company.

Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with the FDA regarding this matter.

Refills will text you if they offer a cheaper deal somewhere else!

Very easy to work with and the communication is by texting with an actual person. Here's the best part - if Refills is offering a deal that is cheaper, they text you about it and ask if you want to switch plans. Who does that? The whole intake and doctor review is super simple.

I had the same concern as another…

I had the same concern as another person posted about the actual pharmacy they use. Research them and you'll see the pharmacy they actually use is not the one they list and it had violations with the FDA. I unfortunately didn't see this before I did 2 doses and I've felt so sick for 10 days I've not been able to function. My original order did arrive quickly on ice. In hindsight I think it's way too easy to get these medications prescribed without a proper consult and physical and thorough medical history with a physician. They don't even do a telehealth visit or ask for your ID, they just send out the prescription from a different pharmacy than promised. This is not safe or responsible medicine. They also do not prescribe nausea medicine when that is the biggest side effect of semaglutide. The communication is random, not responding when attempting to cancel. I contacted my bank for a charge back and reported them to the BBB. It's insane people in the US can't get the proper basic healthcare we need but online sites just mail out certain medications with no real physician visit for weight loss medications from unlisted pharmacies with a history of violations.

Refills.com has the worst customer…

Refills.com has the worst customer service of any company I've worked with. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 2 months now. The website doesn't have an option to cancel even though I was assured I could cancel at anytime. I can't remove my payment information, I've sent 4 emails and reached via chat in addition to calling and leaving 6 messages over 2 months requesting a call back. I haven't had any contact from this company since signing up except sales messages.
In addion to this, instead of billing every 6 months, they bill a month early. Not at all what I agreed to.
I have had nothing but problems with this company and should've listened to others reviews.

Bait and Switch - I would not recommend

I received a text message from Banita Sehgal last week and was prescribed 3 months of compounded semaglutide. The Refills.com website specifically states that their ONLY pharmacy is PerfectRx in Bartonville, TX. Specifically , the website states “We work closely with Perfect Rx to ensure every order is filled accurately and shipped promptly. As we expand our network, any new pharmacy partners will be added to this page to maintain full transparency with our patients and partners.”

I received compounded semaglutide medication manufactured by ProRx in Exton PA and shipped to me from Perfection Rx in Boynton Beach, FL. It is not safe to use medication manufactured by ProRx.

I spent 3 days messaging Support in multiple ways, requesting replacement medication from Perfect Rx and the only message that I received was from Harry M who advised me to send a message to the Doctor about my side effects.

Clearly this is not a side effect problem. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH problem.
I cannot use the medication sent to me and am happy to return it. I am requesting a refund of the $390 that I paid since I did not receive what I paid for.

Refills is great and easy

Refills made it so easy to get the medication and maintain on my own. The only downside is that if you require nausea medication you might need to seek it elsewhere. Currently have lost 22 pounds since December and loving the results

The transaction was initially presented with a high degree of assurance and efficiency, yet execution failed to reflect these standards. Order progression lacked transparency, and updates were sporadic and insufficiently detailed. Attempts to obtain clarification resulted in delayed and largely unhelpful responses, contributing to an unsatisfactory experience.

I ultimately sought an alternative provider, communication referenced as follows plus 1%, 229%, 848%, 4204%, based on recommendation. The improvement was evident, with clear communication, reliable updates, and timely fulfillment. The overall service was conducted with professionalism and consistency.

WARNING!

WARNING!! customers service is absolutely terrible. I have been dealing with this company for 4 months. Continual problems never getting any responses to my chat messages or my voicemails. I was just notified that they are sending a prescription to be filled in pharmacy. They are filling the wrong dose. I didn't ask for this dose and i've been trying to notify them.Do not do not do not fill this prescription and do not do not charge me for it!!! No response, no phone call, no customer service. Absolutely do not deal with this company. Find another provider.

Read this if you’re double guessing.

I saw the reviews and was rightfully doubtful, lots of people commented about the delays on shippings but if you get to actually read and understand the process, they fulfill what they promise, no one says you’re gonna be approved and your medication is gonna be at your door the next day, it takes a bit of time, it needs approval (which was super quick and easy) then it needs preparation (in this phase I got all my questions answered, no matter the time they were there to reassure me and resolve my concerns), then about two weeks later I got my package (which arrived in a temperature controlled container, everything safe and organized). I got my instructions and the possibility of contacting someone at anytime. After only 2 months on my medication I’ve lost about 12-13 pounds, I’m happy, healthy, way more active and just feeling great. I really enjoyed the whole process, they’re there if you need help but they’re also not on top of you (which is a big plus for me and my regular busy life). Loved it, 100% recommend it and 100% would use them again. Thank you!!

Well Pleased!

I chose to order in 3 month increments. Both orders arrived on time and product was in good condition and well refrigerated. The whole application and approval process was seamless. I have never needed to contact support as I have never had need to. Everything is explained with detailed dosing instructions and the product works even better than advertised. I would recommend highly!

Okay price, horrific customer service.

Edit 03/27/2026: Reached out to the email that the company responded with and got zero response. We both cancelled, stay far away from this company.

Here's the TL;DR:
Support is a nightmare. 40+ calls with no answer, multiple voicemails with no response, a "Doctor" and "Support" chat that keep bouncing ownership back and forth like ping pong. ChatGPT automated responses to emails, requiring you to type in "Talk to a person" in order to even be seen by a human.

For some context:

My wife signed up for their service for Tirzepatide, wanting to start the medication on a 3 month plan and titrate up. About 3 weeks beforehand, she'd signed up for their 3 month Semaglutide plan, but changed her mind.

During the intake questionnaire, she was given a question about GLP-1 dosage, which she said she did use because of the Semaglutide. She was asked if she'd like to stay at the same or equivalent dose, or increase. She said equivalent dose, because she didn't want to get ahead of the titration and start at 5mg. She wanted to start at the equivalent starter dose for Tirzepatide.

What the system did was assign her a 2.25mg dose of Tirzepatide for 3 months because of that response, and no titration. The medicine that was sent was enough for 3 months of a 2.25mg dose, split into 3 9mg/1ml vials.

She received 27mg of medication for 3 months for nearly $500.

Not even 3 weeks before this, I signed up for the exact same 3 month service on Refills and received 81mg of Tirzepatide, split between 3 vials, on a standard titration plan for the exact same price.

We still don't have a resolution and I've cancelled my account because of this. Your mileage may vary, but this company's service was truly abysmal.

The only truly good interaction I had with the company was Taylor, the subreddit's moderator. She's an absolute professional and cares about her job and the people she supports.
