I’ve gone with many different Telehealth services for Tirzepatide, as have my friends. What sets refills apart is not only the financial advantage, but the customer service. Every time i’ve reached out for help, (not very often btw) i’ve spoken to a real person and i’ve had real conversations. The reddit community is also fantastic. Please don’t let a few negative reviews due to weather logistics steer you from giving this company a chance. Im an incredibly satisfied customer, as are about 4 other of my friends, all of which have switched to refills.com. Not to mention this tirz FEELS better. Maybe that’s a placebo feeling, but all of my friends have said the same thing. It arrives COLD every shipment. This probably sounds like they’re paying me to make this LOL I swear they aren’t, i work in the service industry and understand the importance of supporting a brand that you support LOUDLY. I am near the end of my Tirz journey, losing 31% of body mass. I wish I had them from the beginning. If you are thinking of switching providers or starting your journey here, I cannot recommend them enough.

Customer service will not get back with you. They never reply unless it’s automotive. It’s not a response to a question. I ordered my meds weeks ago and they won’t update me. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card. So many options out there so the lesson is cheaper isn’t better.

I ordered my Tirzepatide on the 10th of February and received my 3 vials on the 17th of February. Customer service stayed in contact with me at all times. They have since checked in with me to make sure everything is going well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Vials arrived safe, secure and cold. I will be sticking with Refills. I love this company and love my progress and the way I feel on Tirzepatide.

Very easy from start to finish. The rep messaged me back right away and answered all my questions. The Dr was responsive at first, but then was less so after I ordered. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. However, the customer service person has been consistently available and very helpful. My delivery shipped out the next day.

THREE WEEKS and still no response? I deactivated my account and they reactivated it? I had to get a new debit card bc of them. They supposedly allow you to “pause” a shipment by selecting the month you want paused but don’t tell you it pauses EVERYTHING, even the current month they already billed you for. They bill every three weeks but send 5 weeks of meds? If you get paid monthly this means you pay $400/mo not $200. Customer service is nonexistent. They never answer the phone and call backs don’t happen. I had my January dose “in process” and already paid for. My Feb dose was being billed on the 18th AFTER I had talked to rep two months earlier explaining I get paid monthly. She set it for the 26th of every month yet Feb was set for the 18th again. So I SELECTED FEBRUARY and paused it til the following week. THEY PAUSED THE PROCESSING JANUARY. I did not select January. I specifically selected the Feb treatment. Never did get it yet they refused to refund it so my military bank disputed and refunded it and are going after them. Now they want to send Jan like I can afford to just be out the $200 with no med? Even after “support” finally responded they did not fix it. So, that dose coming today will be sent back as FedEx allows you to “return to sender” by taking it back to them or denying it. I also got new cards bc of this. How they are rated in top 5 on Forbes with less than 4 star rating is beyond me. Worst experience. I will just keep losing the way I know how. Not worth this.

I purchased the first month, spoke to a provider medication was approved and they haven’t sent the medicine. For the past week they keep saying I should get a tracking number from the pharmacy because it will be shipped out. Over a week and a half, still nothing and they only respond when it’s good for them. This is ridiculous. I never leave reviews, but if I pay for something I would think they would have the decency to say hey it’s going to be a week before we can get the medicine in or shipped. I will never use them again. This is just a horrible experience!

Placed my order 2/14/26. You made sure to charge my credit card. I finally heard from a doctor who I feel didn't start me on a high enough dosage since I'm currently taking a glp-1. I sent messages back to the doctor who finally told me to contact support and they could change it. I left messages through the portal, through texts, and even a phone call where I had to leave a message. It's been a week now and no one has called back, messaged me or anything. PLUS my shipment still hasn't been sent. Possibly because of getting my message? I've left a couple messages with support in the portal since but still no contact from them.

Terrible customer service. Shipping and tracking issues. Pretty sure meds froze prior to or shortly after delivery on my porch, ruining them. Have sent several emails and left several voice mail messages over the past 2 weeks with only one canned response to my very first email, that was obviously from a bot and did not even acknowledge the issue. Feeling scammed.

Yes I’ve emailed customer service and they said they sent a request to pharmacy to expedite the meds. Still no update. I feel scammed. Should’ve stayed with the company I switched from. Never went 6 days and no meds. This is sad.
