The new bottles refill station use are TERRIBLE

The new bottles refill station have decided to use are absolutely shocking. I've lost track of the amount of times the tip has come off and I've ended up with a full bottle of e liquid everywhere. What happened to the old bottles you used for the 10ml? This needs to be sorted ASAP as it will loose many customs as I've already had the same feedback from people I know.

Hello Charlie, sorry about this... It is an issue were aware of and have been in touch with our producer to get this fixed. In the meantime, any new bottles you have, if you tighten them up as far as they go till you feel the seal break before you open them then that should hopefully sort the issue of the tip coming out.
