The new bottles you are using are…

The new bottles you are using are ridiculous.
The tops are not fitted and the juice spills all over the place.
Gone right down hill in my opinion .
I have used you for 5 years, but time to find a new supplier.

Sincerely sorry to hear you got some of the untightened bottles.
We have raised this issue with our manufacturer and fixed it, unluckily you must have received liquids form a batch before the issue was fixed.
