Had problems with delivery

Had problems with delivery, Refill station not to blame. But refill station sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent product and excellent service

Made my first online order as was…

Made my first online order as was unable to visit the store due to being laid up in bed with covid. I was amazed with the service from start to finish and how easy it was to place the order online and also amazed at how quick the delivery was. I ordered early hours of the Friday morning and received my delivery on the Saturday morning by first class royal mail. I did stupidly ordered the wrong coils but spoke with the lovely Lindsay who has advised me they will still work in my vape but if I can get them back into the store they will be happy to exchange them for me. Overall best experience I've had ordering goods online and the service was fantastic. I normally do go into the store where the staff are all lovely polite and most helpful especially Lindsay who I have been dealing with for years and years. Keep up the fantastic work. Many thanks for an amazing service

I like the site as it is easy and quick…

I like the site as it is easy and quick to navigate. Delivery is very quick and reliable. What lets you down is when you send a discount code it never works I actually phoned regarding this and the member of staff was aware this happens and stated that you don’t know how and offered to refund the discount once I placed my order. This should not be happening I spend a lot of money with your company over the year and find this a big disappointing.just don’t send discount code if you have no intention of honouring it

Horrible.

Horrible.. bought a faulty product showed receipt and brought product back with all packaging. Not only told no for an exchange even though the product was faulty when I asked questions that he couldn’t answer I got a horrible demeaning attitude. The manager was made aware that we were coming in and didn’t leave a handover with a solution in place. Never heard the likes of it that a company doesn’t exchange a faulty product even though their website says differently.
