Love what I get but sometimes when I open a new vape juice the the bit that you use to pour it in gets stuck in the lid that is my only fault

Have tried to charge Smart bar but nothing is happening I won't be ordering again I have used refill station but now a waste of money used to use primo which was great now not available
Refill station has an excellent next day service but will not order again 😞😞

I ordered oils and a vape. When it arrived only the oils were in the package. I emailed refill station straight away and they replied almost immediately to say they would send the vape out. I have just received this in the post. I’d just like to give them 5 star rating for their customer service. Products are amazing too so thank you refill station.

A like the selection of oils yous have & prices are good staff are all very nice & helpful. Only problem I have is the delivery that my last order a had 2 cancel cause a never got them when a was supposed 2 get them. So it left me with oils a had go buy more from another shop.And a do use refill station a lot. But after not getting my last order I have been going eles where.

This could be improved a great deal now or in future so I gave four stars.i

Very good service as usual, even to the point that the product i had ordered was out of stock i received a phone call explaining, i was more than happy to exchange for a similar one.

5* because the website is easy to use and navigate and the little few times I've had any problems with my orders they have corrected it quickly

When i got my vape initially from a different store, I was a bit confuse about the actual liquid for my vape, but when i got to the refill station, they gave me different varieties of flavour to taste before buying, this made me got the right e-liquid for my vape. The customer service was top notch. I never regretted it.
