We ordered over £1000 worth of products and there chosen delivery company (dpd) did not deliver this to our designated safe place so we have not receive the items. We emailed the company to open a case with dpd and they have been extremely unhelpful, blaming us for the non delivery and saying it is nothing to do with them. We are now having to open a dispute with our bank to investigate. We wouldn’t recommend this company at all they are very rude!!!
