Matrix 5Lt Polished Chrome with Crystals - it arrived on time and the service was great. When we checked the box we had some crystal missing. I contact Refined lighting and there was no issue - they have sent us the missing Crystals.

Total let down of a service
I ordered my light and paid for it plus delivery..online it said in stock and my order was being processed..I received a message sometime later and it was informing me that it was out of stock until October??why take my money if it was out of stock..I have now received a refund days later

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, cannot fault. So helpful and friendly when other lamp retailers were not able to help or even reply to me. We had an old centimental lamp that I wanted to get fixed up as a gift for a family member. The best care was taken with the lamp and we recieved some really great expert advice. Very friendly. and very resonable price to have it fixed (was shocked at how little they charged). We will definately use them again!!
