Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Been making orders from this pharmacy worth over £40,000 over a period of 2 years, before we received a phone call from an immature company director called “Bradley Tyson” who showed absolutely no respect after calling us regarding a discount code that we were given by them and used in our last order. He then cancelled our order and deactivated our account from his side without prior notice. I’m warning all doctors who deal with this pharmacy to be extra careful and to order their prescriptions from a decent place. From now, we will be making all our orders from Aesthetica Solutions who offered us a better price and amazing customer service “Thanks to Zara”. Refine Pharma now lost one business and will loose more businesses after we speak to our colleagues who we referred them to this pharmacy over the past years.

Further to Refine Pharma reply, the information regarding our order history is incorrect since we’ve been dealing with this company regularly with at least 2 orders per week since March 2022, which is over 20 months and not for a period “less than 6 months” as claimed in their below reply. Our first order was on 10/3/2022 with the order reference #38895. We have then stopped dealing with this company on 14/8/2023 after we received defective/faulty and short dated Eloquence Fine dermal fillers in multiple orders with the batch number YLA21018 and an expiry date of 09-11-2023. We have reported this to the pharmacy multiple times, but unfortunately no serious action was taken, so we’ve decided to switch to a different pharmacy especially after having to offer a full refund for all our patients who developed major complications and side effects from this product. With regards to the phone call we received from Bradley Tyson, he mentioned a national price increase for a certain product that was only ordered a few minutes ago using a discount code that was offered to us a few months ago by our account manager “Tayla Roberts”, and after we mentioned that we currently deal with more than one pharmacy on a daily basis and that we haven’t heard about any recent price increase, he then rudely asked us to order from the other pharmacies. Not to mention, he mentioned that he will be letting this order go this time as a one time exception! Although we were not aware of any price change before making this order, which is extremely rude as they can simply and politely cancel the code from their side at anytime and notify us by email and inform us that this code won’t work for future orders instead of trying to remove the discount in a retrospective manner. And when we asked him about the new product price after the price increase, he said he doesn’t know! Which clearly reflects his limited business and communication skills and that there isn’t any price increase and that he only wanted to cancel the discount code retrospectively. We then informed him that this phone call should be done once you know the new product price, and not straight after we’ve made the order by trying to make it look like we have stolen a discount code which you’ve already given us. We then mentioned that it appears from this telephone call that you might not want our business, in which he answered with “yes!”. Ten minutes later we received an email stating that our order was cancelled (after the cut-off time for most online pharmacies) before receiving another email confirming that our online account has been permanently disabled.

We’ve never experienced or dealt before with such an unprofessional company with poor, rude and irresponsible communication skills.

We understand that you are not happy because we called to inform you we can no longer offer you a specific discount. I'm sure you can understand, like the economy our prices and discounts may change.

We offer discounts to customers at our discretion, this also means we can change and stop discounts if they are not financially plausible for us.

It is also our understanding that until we stopped the discount, you were perfectly happy with our service. So to insinuate that we are not a decent business simply because we took away a discount, speaks volumes about yourself rather than our business.

We are sorry to hear that you will not be shopping with us anymore, and we wish you the best of luck with your new supplier.

Disappointed

As a new customer I have been left disappointed with Refine. First prescription order placed to then be put on a back order due to an item being out of stock, and no way of adapting the order.

Second order placed for Azzalure toxin and was previous informed I would receive the spaywood 0.63ml syringes with the order but received none. So far it’s been a disuexperiance.
