The ordering process was OK but difficult to work out how to order prescription items alongside non prescription items and keep them within the same order. DpD delivery as always was awful. Didn't arrive when told it would then said it was because no one was there! No sorry I missed you card left. Botox then delivered the next day. I did email refine to ask if it would still be OK to use but no reply.

I have recently began working with Refine as a prescriber. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an aesthetic pharmacy. They have fantastic systems in place to keep prescribing safe and deliver products quickly to clients. They have always been very attentive if I have had any questions and provide excellent customer service.

Dpd left my parcel outside of 3x lots of Profhilo. It’s gone missing. You will not refund me an now an I not only down on stock, I list the profile of 3x Profhilo treatments

Updated 1st December. The reply below on the 6th October is incorrect. DPD forged my signature which was proved. I received a part refund of £100 over 2 months later for my missing parcel and still out of pocket by £216. Refine used the below information which is incorrect to have my review removed from trust pilot. I have contacted them a showed them a full review of my whole experience and they have reactivated this review for public to see. I will be following up this review that I have sent to Bradley at refine to read over which he has threaten me with legal action if I post online. DPD are at fault with the delivery and although refine terms an conditions means they only refund me £100 which they claim from DPD….refine have profited from my loss of stock I paid them for and clients I have intern lost. I have changed pharmacy after my experience.
