I had Refine Packaging make some custom candy bar boxes that turned out so amazing. Daniel was very thorough and prompt in answering every question I had. I'm now in the process of having sticker labels made with them. I highly recommend their services.

Steven Ignazio was quick to respond and provided much need direct and assistance. He made adjustments to my project along the way even after the order was sent to production. Plus he was able to deliver the order under a tight timeline. The best part was he communicated with me every step of the process. He was extremely respectful and enjoyable to work with!

My custom soap boxes look AWESOME!. This was a great experience for me, not to mention the price was such a good deal!. They made my boxes exactly to my specifications. I was shopping around for a packaging company and, despite my lengthy process for choosing a company, Zack Brown was patient, friendly and more than willing to answer all of my questions. In addition, he was supportive and understanding when it came to me making several changes to my dimension needs. I am happy with my experience with Refine Packaging and working with Steve. While online communication can sometimes be challenging, Steve worked with me to help my design ideas come to life. The boxes for my makeup brand are made with recyclable materials and are beautiful. The only complaint I have is that they are sometimes difficult to close. Perhaps there wasn't enough cut out for the tabs.

Max was amazing to work with, very patient as our company finalized all of the details. The boxes are beautiful! They are exactly what we were looking for, the construction is perfect with the nested style we were searching for. The colors are spot on as well, nice sharp print and clean die cuts.

Had a great experience in my first service with them! Brian helped with all quote options up until the final design and print, I enjoyed that it was a collaborative process and that no one pushed me to over sell anything. The price was in my budget range and the packages with gold foil came out beutiful! Will definitely use their service again.

Both were so polite and helpful throughout a long design process (in total we probably spent 2-3 months nailing down the design because I had a very specific idea in my head). Daniel was a very persistent salesperson, but the price point was unbeatable, and the end result totally worked for us. There was a major issue with the first production run, but Refine redid it for us without charge, for which I'm grateful. I'd use Refine again, for sure!
