Easy to order, prompt despatch, accurate description, fair price, great all round..

The service fell over when I discovered my package fully open withe order clinging onto the sellotape that hadn’t been stuck down properly. So more luck that I received my order

No communication about product not being in stock and poor delivery

Reflective arm bands ordered as a Christmas gift so have not been used yet. Website was easy to navigate, ordering was simple and the item was despatched the next day and delivered 2 days later. I'm impressed by the service received and would recommend this company.

Came by post which was delayed due to royal mail being on strike. Well packaged and exactly what I wanted.
Found the product easily on the website, with many widths of reflective tape to choose from and other colours too. I chose the white reflective tape to put around the top of my newly installed security telescopic bollards at the end of my drive way.

Order fulfilled on time, and well packaged. My only comment is that I ordered 2 x 1m of one item, and assumed that it would be supplied in a continuous length as previous suppliers had done. It was supplied in 2 x 1m length; it was not a problem, but it might be worth consideration for the future.
