Reflex 7000 is a service based business for the treatment of pain through reflexology. Reflexology is a natural therapy that dates back to 2300 BC. It is based on the fact that all the nerves that come out from the the brain and spinal cord keep branching out until the final connections reach the hands and feet. There are over 7000 nerve endings in the bottom of each foot. We now know that the fascia that lines all the muscles, bones, organs and cells of our bodies is a continuous network throughout the whole body and contains 250 million nerve receptors to communicate the messages from nerve stimulation to every part of the body. At Reflex7000 I use a unique combination of techniques including foot, hand and craniosacral reflexology. I also have training in specialized techniques for the treatment of chronic pain, fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease. Due to my previous experience and training as a Registered Nurse I have a broader knowledge of how the body systems work and interconnect. I use this knowledge to direct me into treating each client individually and holistically. My main goal is to help my clients have a better quality of life through pain relief and natural pain management. Conditions I treat include, but are not limited to: Fibromyalgia Arthritis Chronic Pain Headaches and Migraines Plantar Fasciitis Sciatica Endometriosis Autoimmune Disease Neuropathy Inflammation Stress Reflexology is not for someone looking for: Emergency medical care A one treatment fixes all If you have tried other treatments and have not found long term relief, reflexology may be worth a try. It is based on encouraging the body to heal itself and we never know what our bodies are capable of until we ty. I have seen some amazing results in clients with Headaches, Lupus, Miastenia Gravis, Sciatica, Endometriosis, Plantar Fasciitis, HIp, Shoulder and Knee Pain. Sometimes a series of 4-8 weekly sessions seems to resolve pain for years. For others monthly maintenance sessions are needed. Every body is different.
