I do not use this everyday, when I do it works. My sleep is less disturbed and I do not move around as much. It does take a bit more to mix it I normally use more water then the recommended amount. I do like this.
Sleep prep tastes great, the short size is great for just before bed but I have also had it earlier in the evening and added it to a full mug of hot milk for a great long chocolate drink.
