Had a small issue with an online product I recently bought.
Customer service coordinator ( Brooke Shehan) was very helpful and resolved the issue much quicker than expected.
The emails she sent me were both friendly and non condescending,a lot of people who read this will know what I mean by that.

Very good protein powder.
I bought Isolate Pro strawberry. Compared with ON strawberry is less sweet (which is not a big deal) but Reflex is far better powder because is stomach friendly. No more strong farts. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm an infrequent buyer so occasionally the flavours or formulations change slightly, but they always great taste good mix well and don't upset my stomach

I have bought Reflex mass gainer (using it at half volumes as a recovery supplement) and find the powder really easy to mix and tastes excellent - not too sweet, neither does it have bitterness of some (that have high creatine levels). My suggestion, add frozen berries and water to the chocolate powder, then use a blender to give cold, thick milkshake that taste like black forest gateau.
The products from Reflex are well priced, packaged well and arrived in 3 days of ordering.

I purchased reflex one stop extreme for the first time when I was 18 years of age. I'm now 31 and decided to purchase this product again as my previous results where remarkable. The shake tastes just like I remember. I'm a hard gainer but train 5 days a week. There was never a shake out there that compared. Though the price is quite high, nothing has compared. I'm looking forward to building a relationship with reflex again, a top quality product. I even received free samples which was a nice touch.
