What a great experience

What a great experience. I have been looking for a Nikon D750 for a few weeks to augment my collection of Nikkor ai-s lenses. It's a ten year old camera so I wasn't expecting much other than a method to use my lenses. What I was finding were mostly high shutter counts and cameras priced at a point that kept me looking.

I ran across Refocus on Facebook and they had what looked like a great D750 and at a price I couldn't pass up. Having never heard of Refocus I started investigating their ratings and reviews.

They list their contact phone number so I called. Bill (the CE0) answered my call. Needless to say I was impressed that the owner of the company answered, was courteous and helpful. I did the deal on the camera right then and there. He personally delivered it to me as we are local. Another wonderful surprise.

There was a small issue with the camera, but again Bill was there to take care of me. Customer service from Refocus can't be beat. I will most definitely deal with Refocus Marketplace the next time I'm looking for anything photographic.

They are Professional

They are Professional, quick, prices are more than fair…. and courteous. They followed up quickly to make sure I was content with my order and were willing to work with me in anyway possible if I wasn’t. This is a rare find in companies.

Podcast Equipment

The canon C200 I purchased for ReFocus…

The canon C200 I purchased for ReFocus Market is in pristine condition as Bill had described on the website. They replied to all of my questions immediately which eliminated any doubt about I had purchasing from an unknown site to me. I’ve purchased quite photography gear from other seller, How the personal attention I got from Bill was A++++ .
