I have had an amazing experience throughout my weight loss journey and have now lost an incredible 9 stone with the help of weight loss medication.

From the very beginning, I felt fully supported and never felt like I was on my own. I had ongoing support from my doctor, and a nurse checked in with me every week to see how I was getting on, answer any questions, and make sure I was feeling well. That regular support and encouragement made such a difference and gave me the confidence to keep going.

My weight-loss journey has been a long one, almost my whole life up and down but now with Refound it’s been so much easier and sustainable! I’ve now lost an incredible 12 stone. It’s difficult to put into words just how much of a difference that has made to my health, confidence and everyday life.

Throughout my treatment, I’ve felt supported by Refound rather than feeling like I was simply being prescribed medication and left to get on with it. Having that ongoing support has been an important part of making lasting changes and getting to where I am today.

I’ve now reached the point where my focus is moving away from simply losing weight. I’m entering maintenance, getting fitter, becoming stronger and working on building muscle while learning how to maintain everything I’ve achieved.
