Backed the R1 Reinkstone project on Kickstarter. They happily took my money and all I got in return was excuses. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

In one word scam. Took money through kickstarter and never delivered the product (I have already waited enough - no news from last summer). Quite expensive lesson not to buy any invention from China.

Don't trust them! I am one of Reinkstone backers from Kickstarter, who didn't receive a E-Book.

I hate to go over old ground but I am another of the Reinkstone backers from Kickstarter who lost nearly £500 to these dodgy dealers. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. You have been warned

This company ripped us all off on a Kickstarter project . It was supposed to produce a pad but never did despite sending the backers endless “ it’s coming “ messages . Total scam ..don’t touch them

Ripped us off on Kickstarter. Shipped nothing but dared suggesting buying their other products. Avoid like the plague.

Scammers. Pure Scammers. I ordered a reinkstone R1 from this company via kickstarter and received nothing from them for over 2 years now. Total scam. Do not order from this company.

The Reinkstone Kickstarter scam took backers' money for one product (a tablet), never fulfilled that product to anyone, but apparently used the funds to become an iffy phone case manufacturer. Maybe if you order a case they'll send you one, but the Reinkstone experience suggest these people are fundamentally dishonest, in short, thieves.

Reframecase, is a case of reframing alright. Maybe if you order a case they'll send you one, but the Reinkstone experience suggest these people are fundamentally dishonest, in short, thieves.

These people sell their stock preferently to new customers, before sending the product to people who already paid for it. I'm one of the backers for Reinkstone R1. They change the company name each 3 years to cheat new people.
First Wiwood, then Reinkstone, now Reframecase.

Waiting for my Reinkstone R1 since 2021.

Don't give any money on them as they are scammers.

I, too, backed this group of people on kickstarter for another project (ReInkStone R1) in 2021 and to date have not received the product or a refund. It seems that they took the kickstarter money to develop another project instead of the one people paid for. I would give negative stars if this were an option.

Never received my purchase. Will not respond to emails.

Today I'm celebrating a final Refund by Paypal!

The ReFrame company never intended to send me anything. First time they've asked me to provide additional PII data because the order allegedly was lacking it. Three months went as a one day in waiting.

I've opened a claim in PayPal where ReFrame have put fake evidence of communicating with me and fake history of a forged tracking number.
They stated that the order has been sent to me, arrived and been sent back to their store (which is nonsense, of course).

Second attempt of buying time on their end started with a letter: we lack some of your PII (again!) and thus re-sending is getting delayed.

I ordered a case on 5/22 and paid for 3-7 day shipping. On 6/8, I emailed them because the item showed as not having shipped yet, despite being beyond the time promised for delivery. On 6/12, a representative told me that the item had been shipped already and that they were "uploading the tracking numbers". On 6/15, I had still not received tracking information and I filed a dispute with Paypal. On 6/22, the item shipped and arrived on 6/28. The company sees nothing wrong with their outright lies and deception. Absolutely do not purchase from them.

Mega scam - took money and never returned it

Failed to deliver, took my money, never returned it. Lots of follow-up emails claiming it was refunded, but it wasn't, and the amount was incorrect. Customer service sucks. Avoid.

One start is too much.
I ordered 2 cases for me and my wife, we never got the case I ordered 2 months ago.
I'm in constant email Ping-Pong with them and all I got is the order is shipped, but never provide me with any tracking number despite multiple times that I request for it.
