We are the same independent repair business that operated as Sub-Zero Repair: same technician, same phone number, new name. The reviews on this profile were written by customers we served under that name. Our work is limited to refrigeration. Built-in and integrated refrigerators, freezer columns, ice makers, wine storage units and undercounter refrigeration: diagnosis, sealed-system repair, electronic controls, evaporator and condenser work, door and gasket alignment. We do not service cooking or laundry appliances. Some older reviews here concern replacement parts shipped under our previous name. We no longer sell parts online. Our work today is in-home refrigeration repair only. A diagnostic visit is $145. The technician arrives with a stocked van, explains what failed and why, and gives a written price before any repair begins. If a unit is not worth repairing, we say so. We are an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Sub-Zero Group, Inc. or any other manufacturer. Victor was fantastic
Victor was fantastic. He managed to completely install all the parts to my 43 year old Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer so that I have a like new Sub Zero. He arrived at 1:00 and worked straight through to 7:00pm. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Victor.

Victor was wonderful. He diagnosed our problem, and came on a Saturday to help us. He ordered parts and came back within a few days and repaired our Sub Zero like new. If you need help with your Sub Zero, Victor is the man to call. He is also very kind, thoughtful, and reliable!

Again, great service as always. Victor is the best - he responds quickly to set up an appt., stays in touch re: the ETA and is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and considerate.
If a part is very costly, his advice is to consider alternative options rather than paying the higher cost on an older model.
We highly recommended him and were fortunate to have found him when we started with his services in 2023.

For those looking for a specialized service.
I thought my refrigerator was finished when it stopped turning on or responding to buttons. I was about to give up and buy a new one, but then I found Sub-Zero Service & Repair. The technician arrived on time and was polite and attentive. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered a fair estimate. I was so impressed with their competence and efficiency, and the fact that they were able to save me from having to spend a lot of money on a new refrigerator.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs reliable and affordable appliance repair services. Thanks again for your help!
