The iPad I bought didn’t switch on and I got no reply from customer service

The phone I ordered was delivered in the condition as described, and in only a few days from placing the order online. You get what you pay for, and the item seems good value

Sorry, I don't speak Dutch, but the refurbished ipad mini I purchased through refurbished.nl was as described. Delivery was quick, and emails kept me informed of the steps and timings in the process. Happy customer!

I miss the Laptop and the money!!! I bought it in April and nothing get for 1500€!!! Never again!

Didn’t get the product, customer service was not reachable, didn’t reply to my emails, I was lucky enough to have paid with PayPal so that’s why I got my money back eventually, THIS IS A MERE SCAM

Horrible service, we bought something that was not up to standard and asked to return it right away but they never even reacted. Even though we sent several emails about it and we see they made a ticket in their system but they just left us hanging. Now we have a non working phone and they took 200,euros from us for it. Scandalous!!

customer service is very slow

The seller claimed that he didn't get the money from Refurbished.nl. I raised several tickets (633, 1168, 1978) on this issue and never got a proper response. Basically I have lost 320€. My order was: ORD72958017

I tried to return the item, in the unopened package, within the 30 days.
Every attempt to make contact failed: an announcement on the hotline that it was not manned, a web form that did not allow the return process to be completed and finally e-mails sent directly to the contact address that went unanswered.

Catastrophic service.

Unfortunately the IPhone XS they send was not working after one week. I try since 3 weeks to come in contact. On phone and by mail. A lady on phone told me , I will receive a call. Strange enough, but No call came. On my mails no reply. Mhm, what to do?

Website states a quick turnaround ( a day) for orders. More than 2 weeks passed and there was no communication.
No responses to emails, or messages left on phone system. I had given up hope.
To my surprise, after 2 weeks, I received a notification that the device had been picked up and was on its way to me. I did receive it shortly thereafter and the unit works as described/expected.

No confirmation of iPhone purchase. Device arrived, screen and battery faulty (incorrect parts fitted). No response to emails. Returned as per website, via courier, and received back by them. No confirmation. No refund paid. Now claiming some sort of bankruptcy affects their ability to pay refunds. Website still seems live, company still trading, so......?

I did not receive my parcel but did get the money back, the woman from the new firm we were told to contact was rude but the costumer service itself was helpful and amazingly sweet.

Bought an iPhone, received it and noticed the glass coming out of his cover. When someone called, I could not hear them. Asked for a return and refund. They received the phone back but I still haven’t received my money back! It’s been more than a month! They don’t respond to my emails nor my calls.

I was sending My MacBook to them and did not receive any communication afterwords. It seems like they stole my Macbook, which was connected to a lot of memories, instead of paying me, they are just keeping it. I am still contacting them every week on diverse E-mails did not receive a single answer.

I ordered an iPhone from Refurbished. It arrived relatively fast however when it arrived it didn‘t seem to be in a great state. There was still an old cover on the phone and it had a SIM card in it. I decided to return the phone and immediately filled out their online return form. When I didn‘t receive the return label as promised I tried it a few more times without luck. I also couldn‘t reach them via phone and my emails weren‘t answered except for the first one where I was promised that I would receive the return label.
Do yourself a favour and don‘t order from this website!

I placed an order on November 24, and so far only received a screen protector. I had received several orders for this, no problem. but last order no news yet. I try to reach them by phone, I only hear from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (1 p.m. on the website), even if I call between those hours. I would like to hear something. my order number ORD35026358. thank you in advance.

I ordered an iPhone 12 for 461€ on the 10th of October 2023 and received the mobile on the 19th it was really scratched so I called them to send it back; however they said they need 2-3 days to issue the return label, and I was traveling on that day, so they said you got 30 days to return it back. Thus, once I came, I sent it back and got a confirmation on the 16th of November 2023 that they received it. Since then and until now 19 March 2024 I never received my money back and they stopped replying to my emails and can't be reached by phone!
The website states a 14 days policy for refund, it's more than 4 months now!

Don't ever shop from there for your own good.

I bought an iPhone 11, the phone broke after 2 months so I sent it back to be repaired - but heard absolutely nothing from the company despite calling and emailing constantly for almost 3 months now. They have essentially stolen my phone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Buy your phone from somewhere else.

I ordered ipad pro 10.5 on 23rd oct 2023, ORD58478374! cancelled order on Nov. it was 481 Euro! sent thousand emails and replied 2 times that i will be refunded in 14 weekdays, but the refund never happened . I am still waiting for my money. Almost 4 months have passed. Never ever buy from this website!
