This Garage will not put ur car right if there’s problems just brought a freelander 2 in April this year, got steering problem amongst other things , they don’t care about the consumer goods act 2015 , they have employed a law firm to save them being responsible for this car and its problems,I reckon they know what wrong with my car which is going to cost a lot to put right , the warranty they give u with the car isnt worth the paper it’s written on tbh , please do u research before buying off this company

Just collected my used car from Regal Cars Stourbridge today. The car was in immaculate condition, and both Kelvins (father and son) were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I will certainly be back to have my car serviced when its due. In the meantime, if your looking to buy a quality used car, I highly recommend Regal Cars, go and check them out.

I have had 2 cars off them now and they have been nothing short of excellent. Both cars i have had have been immaculate and my last one i had off them, that i part exchanged always passed the MOT every year and they looked after all my MOT and Servicing needs. Keep up the good work. I will be back for my third when the times right

I recently bought a Skoda Octavia and was very impressed with the brilliant customer service!! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good car at a reasonable price. They handed over the completed necessary paperwork all in good order and delivered the car to us. They were always very open to resolving any queries we had.

I recently bought a Fiat 500 during lockdown. After speaking to Kelvin by phone on Saturday morning the car was delivered, over 45 miles away, and sitting on my drive by Tuesday afternoon. All the admin was completed by email.
I am very pleased with the car and feel the service was excellent.

I had a car accident in the morning of my visit to regal cars. I was interested in a car at this garage and the staff were really helpful. There was no pressure put on me to buy they just spoke about the car and had a very good knowledge of the car.
