Buyer Beware.


On Oct. 23, 2023, I ordered two of their Pet Dog Gates, the indoor fence one that expands up to 50” wide.

I Paid $79.96 for the lot, Item number:295918210544

On Nov. 7, I received only one gate. I contacted the firm and told them only one was delivered and I had paid for two. I did not receive any return notification.
I then contacted EBay and they said it was not their problem (not exact words, but close).

The gate I received is of decent quality and I have no complaint with that. It is the firm that sales the gate is the thief and can’t be trusted and Ebay is appalling as well.
