Perfect Flower service
It is many years I trust RegaloManila to send flowers to my beloved partner. Delivery was spot on time, the 100 roses were well packed.

Recipient never received my order. Unable to contact anyone.
Never had a problem with Regalomanila, but this time the Recipient never received our order. Phone # on website was out of order. I left a message with report that it could not go through due to an error. Not sure where or what happened to our order but I would greatly appreciate it if i could get an answer or at the very least get my refund as I spent $85 on my purchase. Very disappointed this time around.

I had some problems
I had trouble placing the order. I never got a return phone call or response to my email. I did not get the discount that you had posted xmas2025. It told me that the discount had expired. But the item shipped and was received in a timely fashion before Christmas.

False Advertisement
The site showed a chocolate cake with chocolate pieces, chocolate drizzle, and other things on top of the cake. What was received, instead, was a plain chocolate cake, which wasn't what we ordered. No attempt to rectify the situation was made by RegaloManila after reaching out via text and email.

They were great in delivering my order…
They were great in delivering my order in a timely manner on the day I wanted it delivered. The recipients enjoyed the food I ordered. The website allows you to put a note for recipient which they didn’t give. So the person who received it didn’t get my message. No big deal but wished they got the my message.
